The Apartment

Located in a quality spot in the heart of the Boucanet district, just steps from the beach, this apartment will be a real favorite for seaside lovers.
It is situated in a residence facing Boucanet beach, a highly sought-after area, close to all amenities yet peaceful.
The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchenette open to the living room, which has a two-seat sofa with a TV area. It then has a separate bedroom with a fixed 140 cm bed for two people on the ground floor, and a second bedroom upstairs with another 140 cm bed. Upstairs, there is also an alcove with two single beds.
This apartment is ideal for 4 people, such as a family of two adults and two children, but can accommodate up to 6 people maximum.
All necessary amenities are available for your comfort: coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious meals.

The living area is filled with light, featuring a non-convertible sofa, a TV.
Enjoy the tranquility just steps from the beach and relax in this bright and airy space.

The apartment has a bathroom with a shower, and a separate WC.

A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the booking.
Any additional request will be charged:

€25 TTC for a double bed (2 people)
€15 TTC for a single bed (1 person)
Basic products are provided except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.

Appartement très propre, spatieux et très bien situé. L'un des meilleures logement que j'ai eu ! Seulement, l'installation d'une climatisation ne serait pas de refus ( notamment pensant la canicule ). Et aussi j'aurais aimé que l'on nous précise que le linge de maison n'incluait pas les torchons de vaisselle. Mais sinon c'était une excellente expérience !

Un accueil très agréable, mais ne connaissant pas le lieu j'ai dû chercher un moment car l'avenue est en sens unique, ce qui oblige à faire un grand tour... J'avais cherché un lieu proche de la plage, et pour cela c'était parfait. On a regretté d'être un peu éloignés des commerces, pas une épicerie ni un café aux alentours. le deuxième jour on a trouvé un restaurant très agréable au bord de la plage, accessible à pied. Excellent accueil et propreté irréprochable!
