Beautiful property in fantastic location. Front desk staff were very personable. My issues were that the beds and pillows were not comfortable. Our door bell and dnd did not work. I attempted to call guest service multiple times in a 30 minute period and it was busy the entire time. I went to the front desk to report the issue because we did not want service that day but no way to notify housekeeping.

The property is in a nice location. The beach is nice although its public beach, only difference is the booth from the hotel there that has the towels, but it really does not matter because they close early at 6 pm and then the pool closes at 7 pm, so no fun there. Now the room is nice, rather small and no carpet, so floor is cold and slippery. The bathroom is also small and no curtain or closing door in the bathroom, no privacy is not aviable here. The elevator is slow to come up and down plus always a line to get on. The hotel staff was very nice, checking in and checking out. The bartender mike was very nice and drinks were excellent, although a little pricey. I think that the pool should be opened later to at least enjoy the time there.

Very nice, quiet with friendly staff. No hesitation for late check out, room service was delicious and FAST!
