The only thing I did not like was how dirty the floor was in the room. They had carpet on the floor which is fine, except when it hides how filthy the floor is. The sign on the front door says take your shoes off, we obeyed. When we walked around in our socks or bare feet they turn black. Other than that we really enjoyed the hotel. We were across the street from Mandalay Bay, which was what we wanted for taking our toddler to the Shark Reef. The room we stayed in was pretty. It was quiet and we had 24 hour security. This hotel is great if you want a more quiet, relaxed stay.

The people were so nice! Took a while to regulate the shower temp, had to have hot barely on while cold on all the way, very unusual. There was also a bug in the shower. I only saw one, killed and flushed. I would have appreciated a coffee maker in the room, they have it in the office but not until after 7am, not convenient when having to catch an early flight.

Late check in was very easy. Security met us upon arrival to ensure we were able to enter our room. Easy access to attractions. Comfortable and quiet place to sleep. We will definitely stay here the next time we travel to Las Vegas!

Small, Very private, clean new place right in front of the huge Mandalay Bay, nice views, easy private secured parking, good area close to the strip, and airport, quiet. Has a breakfast spot and souvenir store at the same lot, has a nice meditation patio, and hydro massage table in a super relaxed healing room, and it’s super pet friendly, we took two small yorkies, it had a pet relief area. Really cute! Support small business.

Nice boutique motel on the Strip! Very clean and safe. Motel management available for anything you need and made recommendations for shows! We were able to park our car and walk to our show or to shops!

I usually don't do reviews, but feel I need to let people know about this hidden Gem! Sandy is so nice, friendly and incredibly helpful! My wife and I were here for Twice at the Allegiant. For those going to concerts/games there, it is incredibly convenient, walk to the stoplight, cross the street and walk in a straight line for 15mins. The pinball hall of fame is on the same side of the street and under 15min walk. For those who have been to Las Vegas, you know everything is a walk. The only consideration I would give is for people who are light sleepers: street noises exist, (its Vegas) and I could hear the upstair folks walking at night, not a concern for folks who were raised in any downtown setting. I will definately come back again!

Would have preferred to have a microwave in the room. The microwave in the office was not available during the hours that I needed it. I was at a convention during office hours so when I wanted to eat the microwave was not available.

Clean and close to everything
Stayed here for Super Bowl weekend. We knew we were going to spend very time in the actual room so just wanted an inexpensive, clean, safe place to sleep. This meet all of that. Staff was super friendly, room was very clean. Extremely close to Mandalay Bay and all the NFL activities as well as easy to get to the stadium through Mandalay. Didn't have the breakfast with this hotel but the other reviews seemed to think it was good. Cute little place would stay here again.

Good value, no frills
A budget-friendly, quiet spot at the top of the strip. If you're just looking for a spot to lay your head for a couple hours and have a coffee ready for you in the morning, this is the one. Staff was very friendly and helpful and check-in process was fast. Glad to not have to wait in another line after getting off the plane.

On a week-long trip around the desert Southwest, we slept our best at the Nirvana! Ironic, right? Well, the bed is super comfortable, and like many others have mentioned, the fact that the Nirvana is tucked away on the South end of the strip means that it's a relatively quiet place. Please note a couple things though: the airport is nearby, so airplane noise is a constant. And also there are no bedside lights in the rooms, so if you feel like reading a book, for instance, lighting is limited. But we'll definitely consider the Nirvana the next time we're in Vegas!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Had a small fridge and a room where coffee and snacks were available. It was apparent that they have worked to make the grounds and outside of this small motel nice. It's a simple motel, but well taken care of. One thing I would have like was a desk area where I could have worked.

The staff is AMAZING here. Very responsive. I will never stay at a Casino hotel again. The Nirvana is so quiet at night, at the casino hotels it's nonstop with people coming and going and doors slamming at all hours of the night. I really enjoyed the peace and quiet at Nirvana. It's also located on the strip but away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. It's like to get the best of both worlds, the Las Vegas strip experience and the peace and quiet time when you're ready to relax. Highly recommend.

Outstanding!!
I have to admit that I was a little nervous after I saw the location but this is a fantastic hotel. It is right on the strip but it is tucked back and you don't really notice the noise. It was so nice to park right by the room and not have to walk through a casino. The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. They have done a great job fixing this up. This is where I will stay anytime I am in Vegas.

What a true hidden Vegas gem! I never write reviews but I was compelled by my experience at the Nirvana. It doesn’t look like much, but boy was I surprised! It was very clean and cozy. Bed was comfortable and I had a great nights sleep (which I almost never get at a hotel). Security met us as we arrived and was friendly and accommodating. Also, it’s on the strip, but doesn’t feel like it’s on the strip, which I loved. I will definitely keep this place in mind for my next Vegas trip.
