This enchanting second floor home away from home is situated in the exclusive Ko Olina Kai Golf Estates and Villas gated golf community, a mere 5 min walk from the world class Ko Olina Golf Course! First off it's important to note that the location of this Villa within Ko Olina Kai Golf Estates and Villas makes for a much a shorter walk or bike to dining and beaches compared to other Villas on property. The back of this particular Villa enjoys views of a serene Zen Garden of the neighboring property. This matters because you'll see most of the other Villas on property look directly into the neighboring Villa. Location is everything!

Enjoy access to a luxurious private community pool which boasts its own waterfall and jacuzzi! The pool area has 3 cabanas (1st come/1st serve) and bbq areas with tables ideal for socializing with friends and family. There is even a baby pool! The pool is a 10 min walk from the Villa or a 4 min bike ride. Once you are out here you can easily avoid having to hop in your car, everything is so accessible! Roy's fine dining restaurant is conveniently located at the golf club and gym as well.

There are 2 distinct shopping areas in the immediate vicinity, the Ko Olina Station and the Ko Olina Center. At the Ko Olina Station you will find the Monkey Pod Kitchen, the Black Sheep Cream CO. and Island Country Market (groceries). At the Ko Olina center across the street (5-8 min walk or a 3-4 min bike ride from the residence) you will find Mekiko Cantina Restaurant (Mexican restaurant)- Eggs and Things, Starbucks, and the Pizza Corner.

The Disney Aulani resort is located directly across the street from Ko Olina Center, roughly a 10-12 min walk from the Villa or a convenient 5-6 min bike ride. Bike stations abound in this community, many of our guests recommend renting a bike for the whole month! The Ko Olina beach and sports club is nearby as well, this residence truly is in a prime location near many excellent restaurants. The picturesque Lagoon 1, which fronts the Aulani resort has extremely limited parking, which people routinely wait for hours for! This prime location enables you to enjoy convenient access mere minutes away from one of the most popular, yet difficult to access beaches on the island.

If you are looking for something entertaining and historically significant for the whole family, consider enjoying a train ride with the Hawaiian Railway Society! Train rides are available every WED, SAT and SUN, but reservations must be made in advance, fares range from $10 for keiki (Hawaiian for children) or $15 for adults or $30 for all Parlor Car tickets. Enjoying a train ride is an unforgettable experience offering a unique glimpse into O'ahu's historical sugar cane heritage!

Beautiful Ko Olina
What a beautiful setting this condo is in. The location is amazing. We spent lots of time just relaxing on the deck overlooking the lush surroundings. The market and restaurants were just a short walk away, and easy access to the beach and pool. Beds were comfy, and there were lots of towels and linens. We would definitely come back again!

The property is beautiful. Condo is more than big enough for 6 adults. Lanai is wonderful. A bit of a walk to pool/BBQ if you want to cook you may want to drive over

Nice unit, exactly as described
We had a great stay. The unit was exactly as pictured. We had a few issues with the unit and no pool access, but Ali'i was able to resolve the issues in a few days. Since we were staying for a month, this did not affect our stay. There were many towels and extra bedding, but it would have been nice to have extra blankets. Everything was exactly as described, but it would have been nice to have some outdoor items like boogie boards, beach mats, a cooler, masks, etc. There's no welcome basket, so make sure you stop at Foodland or Safeway for some coffee and snacks. Ko'Olina is a great little secure, and secluded community. The ABC store is pricey but has almost everything you'll need for your vacation. Kapolei is only a few minutes away and has everything else you would need. Avoid rush hour traffic if you need to head into Honolulu or Waikiki.
