Amazing modern hotel. Facilities were incredible and very well maintained. Spacious rooms and bathroom. A wonderful experience through and through.

Nice property, easy access to the train. Also very walkable to Osaka Station. The staff were nice. I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant. Fell short of the expensive price tag. Plenty of great restaurants around the area. And if you love coffee, there’s a great coffee shop one block behind the hotel, called Peak Roast Coffee. Overall an ok place to stay, it’s new and has good access to all areas of Osaka.

Amazing comfortable clean hotel for family of four with two little kids. Beds are the biggest we’ve seen so far in Japan. Comfortable sleep. Close to train station and shopping.

Newer, trendy hotel property. Very clean and well maintained. Very good breakfast included in the room rate. Friendly staff. We had a deluxe room and it was very nice, average size. Laundry service is very expensive, but efficient. Hotel is very hip, but sometimes it is not easy to determine who is an employee of the hotel vs another guest based on their dress.

They use to leave a welcome back card and snacks for guests who stayed before. No longer such hospitality lasting and staff were even not aware of guests stayed before or not. Disappointed.

Stop looking! This property has it ALL. It is central to everything in Kyoto. 10-15 min walk to Gion and nightlife. Additionally, I recommend that you call the hotel ahead of time and ask for Moe, she was phenomenal while I was there. She has all of the great spots available near the hotel or only a 5 min cab ride away. Every place she recommended was a 5-Star restaurant. However they have an impressive notebook with great options and budget conscious. Here is my advice, book a room immediately, speak with Moe prior to your trip or during your trip. Then leave a comment on how amazing your experience was at ACE Hotel!!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Ace Hotel. The facilites are immaculate, the staff friendly and professional, and the restaurants exceptional. We loved the soaker tub as well. Looking forward to coming back to Kyoto in the future and staying here.
