良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

マンダリンとしては価格を控えめにしてくれている。それで持って朝食などは美味しいし品数も多い。クラブアクセスをつけましたが、アフタヌーンティーはそれほど。カクテルタイムは軽食などですけど美味しいものも👍 スリアKLCCに隣接しているので雨でもショッピングや食事に困らないのは最高。タイムズスクエアくらいまでなら歩いてもさほど苦にはならないです。日陰さえ通れれば、、スタッフの方も悪い印象は一切受けませんでした☺️

素晴らしいホテルでした。スタッフの方々も親切で最高です。部屋は若干古めですが、広くて良かったです。コンドミニアムタイプ滞在でしたが…洗濯機が故障しましたがすぐに対応していただきました。

All of the hotel staffs are very kind and having great hospitality. Especially at the club floor, when my family member had a bad cold, one of the female staff in club lounge helped us very well. I am so appreciated her great kindness!

年末年始のクアラルンプール滞在

初めてのクアラルンプール滞在にマンダリンホテルを選びました。空港ホテル間往復の送迎もリクエストし、安心快適にホテルまで到着。外観は他の高層ビルに比べたら少し古臭い感じはあるものの、中に入るとロビーは広く重厚感あふれるクラシカルな高級ホテルでした。とにかくロケーションが素晴らしい。ペトロナスタワー🗼やショッピングセンターには、雨でも濡れずに行けます。ホテルスタッフはとにかく親切丁寧、笑顔が素敵で満足でした。

久しぶりにマンダリンに宿泊しました。スタッフによるとコロナ渦は利用客も激減してたとのことで以前より設備の老朽化が目立ちました。しかし、スタッフの笑顔と立地の良さは健在で休暇を楽しむことができました。また、宿泊中に財布をタクシーに忘れてしまい、スタッフに連絡してもらい無事に見つかりました。日本人スタッフの方ありがとうございました。
