Kona Islander Inn is a great low cost option for staying in Kona. Its location on Alii Drive makes everything walkable.

The room was clean and well stocked with kitchen accessories, bath and pool towels. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a good stay with shopping and grocery near by.

The property was excellent and we loved all the activities at the Aloha Center. They were a beautiful highlight to our trip. It was also a great base for our trips across the island.

We had an overall good stay at Lea Casa. Cindy was an excellent host—very communicative, caring, and considerate throughout our visit. The condo had lots of thoughtful touches like beach chairs and iceboxes, which were super handy for our beach outings. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and there were plenty of bath towels available. The AC worked great, which was a big plus in the Kona heat. We also appreciated having a small mart within walking distance. There were a couple of drawbacks: the patio screen door was ripped, and unfortunately, bugs came in. I ended up using masking tape to block the holes. Also, there was a morning with no water for about four hours due to a temporary shutoff, which was a bit inconvenient. The WiFi was slow but functional. Despite these minor issues, the place was clean and overall a great value.
