And in comparison to price paid, toiletries were lacking (no moisturiser and/or items like cotton buds) and again only enough shampoo and conditioner for one person. So overall a good place but the experience didnt reflect the luxury one would expect for the spend per night. "

"This is a very well designed townhouse, with spacious bedrooms, ample storage, well appointed, attractive and functional throughout. The location is excellent, with walking access to the lake, foreshore, bbqs, playground, waterpark, cycleways etc. Walk to the impressive SAM arts complex with cafe. Views to the lake and evening coloured lighting were lovely. There is some noise from the road at the front of this particular Unit, but it quietened in the evening and did not interrupt sleep. "Great place for a stop over and launching pad. The road is quiet busy and can get nosy with traffic and hoons on the weekend, but the park itself was quiet and sedate. There is a shopping centre only a few minutes walk away and the majority of Shepparton was only a couple minute drive away."
