ちょっとミスが多いかな

宿泊施設としては申し分ないですが、別人のメッセージが届けられていたり、ホテルスタッフが部屋番号を間違えて電話してきたりと、少々ミスが多かったです。また、朝食メニューを毎日変更していたにもかかわらず、同じものが出てきたりと、若干いい加減なところがありました。それと、隣や向井に子供連れのファミリーが止まった場合、夜中まで大騒ぎしていてちょっと気になるかもしれません。あと、日本語はまったく通じませんので英語かタイ語の翻訳アプリは必須でした。虫が多いのは土地柄ですので、気にならず。

受付のクオリティが最高ランク

受付のホスピタリティがすごく高い。朝ごはんは三種類から選べるので飽きない。アメニティの補充があまりないのは難点。割と騒がしいプーケットながら、プライベート空間がしっかりと出来ており、家族や新婚向けな滞在先だと思います。今回は三泊させていただきました。大満足です。

部屋のプールでは泳げない、それ以外にプールがない。朝食は色々選べるが、味はいまひとつ。ビーチまでは5分とかからず、歩いていける空港からはタクシーで45分ほど

また利用したいが、広い部屋の方がいい！

良かった点…①徒歩圏内に街がある（食事、マッサージ、買い物ができる場所、ビーチがある）のがあるのでゆっくりしたい人には他に移動する必要がない②ホテル内が静か。イマイチな点…①プールがイメージより小さし、100㎡ほんとにあるかな？という広さを感じない②朝食がビュッフェでないので、毎日オーダーシートにメニューから選んで渡さないといけないこと。部屋またはレストランで朝食はとれるが、時間をオーダーシートに書かないといけない点。

静寂さと賑やかさを同時に満喫

ホテルは完全にプライベート空間が保たれており快適。さりげないサービスのひとつひとつに感激しました。手ぶらで行ってもずっと過ごせるのでは？と思うほどなんでも揃ってます。一歩外に出ると、お店もたくさんあります。食事、マッサージ、簡単な買い物、すべてに困りません。パトンと比較しておとな向けとも言えるビーチも歩いてすぐ。

一軒家みたいに自由にのんびり過ごせるヴィラ

別荘のようなヴィラ、プライベートプールとキッチン付きのお部屋に泊まりました。プライベートプールはとても魅力的でした。夜中でも早朝でも気兼ねなく好きなだけ入る事ができました。冷蔵庫の中身が無料ということも魅力的でした。部屋の中も広くてゆっくり過ごせました。Hotelの朝ごはんも美味しかったし、Hotelの周りには飲食店が建ち並んでいるので食事にも困りませんでした。ビーチへも歩いて10分くらいです。

静かに過ごすには最高のホテル

想像以上に豪華で快適なホテルでした。ホテルのスタッフの方は皆、親切で、こちらが拙い英語で話しかけてもしっかりとした対応をしてくれました。カタビーチということで、パトンほどうるさくなく、観光客もヨーロッパ系が多かったです。

静かにゆったりと過ごせるホテル

カタヤイbeachまで5分の立地。部屋の外にもプールもあり、朝は鳥の鳴き声が聞こえてきます。食事も選べて部屋まで運んでもらえます。ホテルの外にはマッサージ屋、レストランなどもあります。パトンビーチとは大違いな雰囲気。ホテルでユックリ過ごしたい家族や新婚旅行などにオススメです。日本人のお客は2泊3日過ごしたが会うことはなかった。日本語によるコミュニケーションは出来ないので最低限の英語やタイ語ができた方がいいと思う。プーケットに言えることですが、メータータクシーが皆無です。バンコクのように格安でピックアップは出来ないので要注意です。

こじんまりとした良いホテル

部屋数は多くない分、プライベート感が味わえます。周りのエリアもパトンに比べ落ち着いていて、良かったです。リビングが半屋内なので、鳥などもやってきてとてもくつろげました。また泊まりたいです。

のんびりできるホテル

お部屋の雰囲気はとても最高でした。のんびりできるしプライベートプールもあって旦那と2人で楽しめました。ただ海まで歩いて5分ぐらいで海沿いではないです。また小さめのホテルなのでホテル滞在者共有のプールはなく、ホテル内のレストランも一つのみでした。なのでご飯を食べるにはホテルから出ていかないといけません。でもロケーションも良くてホテルの周りにレストランがたくさんあるのでそれもまた楽しめると思います。

非常に素晴らしい！

非常に静かで快適に過ごせました。ただ、シャワールームの電気が切れてたりして、伝えたのですが、切れたままでした。（たぶん私の英語力の責もあります(笑)）しかし、また泊まりたいと思います！最高でした！

快適な部屋＆プール

規定のチェックイン時間前でのチェックインでしたが、なにも言わずチェックインをさせてくれました。おまけにウェルカムドリンクもありました。また、お部屋は、二人には十分すぎるほど広く、堪能できました。特にジェットバスは外に面している上広いため、気に入りました。朝食はついていないプランでしたが、近くにコンビニ、屋台があるので買ってくるなりで十分かもしれません。　ルームサービスも良心的な価格でしたので、そちらを利用するのもいいと思います。　ひとつだけ残念だったのが、他の部屋で工事をしており昼間うるさいときがありました。それさえ事前に連絡してくれれば完璧だったのにという気持ちです。なにわともあれ、よいプールヴィラでした。

とても良かったです

ホテルに滞在している限り非常に満足ですが、空港ーホテル間の送迎を頼んだところ、往復ともにピックアップが１時間近く遅れたのが残念でした。帰りは、ややもするとフライトに乗り遅れかねないところでした。ただ、それを除けば大変満足です。

とても快適でした

プーケットに2週間滞在の中、グランドヴィラへ5泊お世話になりました。カタビーチでは珍しい快適、ラグジュアリーなプールヴィラです。日本人の宿泊はかなり少ないみたいで穴場ではと思います。日本語が全く通じず、ツアーには載らないですが、英語が多少話せる方ならお勧めです。ホスピタリティからお部屋までブランドホテルのプールヴィラ同等で申し分無く快適でした。是非次回も候補にしたいヴィラです。

リゾート感満載の、おこもりが楽しいヴィラ

2012年12月に泊まりました。チェックイン時間より少し早めに到着しましたが、歓迎の手づくりの花腕輪をいただき、ウェルカムドリンクをゆっくり飲みながらチェックイン。部屋には専用キッチン、デイベッド、小さなプールが半屋外についていて少し変わってます。プールには滝とジャグジーがついています。冷蔵庫にはビールを始めコーラやアイスクリーム、お菓子などが入っており、これらは滞在中に全て無料で飲食出来ました。（翌日にちゃんと補充されます）水も毎日必ずペットボトルで人数分補充されていたので、お湯を沸かしたりする時に使えて非常に便利です。驚いたことにウェルカムケーキまであったので、初日に美味しくいただきました。朝食は部屋とレストランを選べますが、私は断然部屋がお奨め。アメリカンブレックファーストのオムレツを頼んだら、持ってきてくれた際、部屋のキッチンでオムレツを作ってくれてアツアツを出してくれました。室内にあるテレビはインターネットテレビになっていてマックとマウス、キーボードが設置されており、そのテレビをモニタにしてネットが出来ます。また、Wi-Fiが飛んでいるので持参したネットブックやネクサス7で部屋で同時にネットも可能でした。シャワーは固定と稼動と両方ついているので、使い分けが可能。また、シャワーブースとは別にジャグジーバスがついているので、毎日お風呂にゆったり浸かれました。バスタオルもビーチ用とバス用でいつも2つは置いてくれてあるので、とても重宝しました。トイレはスタンダードなタイ式の稼動シャワー付トイレでした。トイレットペーパーを日本人は間違って流しやすいので注意しましょう。部屋付けで虫除けベープ的な物が2つ備え付けてありましたので、それらを毎日使用していました。室内はこれで問題なかったですが、半屋外の方は流石に蚊が多いので我々は蚊取り線香を日本から持参して、それを毎日居る間は炊いてました。特にデイベッドの辺りにたくさん潜んでますので、使う前に蚊取り線香を炊きつつ、布団を払って煙で撃退してから使用していました。プールについているジャグジーはスイッチオンするとかなり勢いが強いので、ずーっと歩いたり泳いだりしていられます。深さは125cmあるので、お子様連れは注意。でもジャグジーのお陰でずーっと浮き輪やボールで遊べるので、思っていたよりかは楽しめました。また、ビーチから帰ったきた際にお風呂に入る前にまずはドボンと浸かって遊びがてら塩が落とせるという利点も(^^)水温は海水温よりも少し低めなので、火照った体には気持ちよかったです。ビーチへは大体徒歩5～10分程度で行けますし、ホテル前の小道にたくさんマッサージやレストランがあり、食べたり飲んだりするには事欠きません。一日中遊んで帰ってきたら、ちゃんとターンダウンされていたのも嬉しかったです。（部屋のエアコンがONにしてあり、ベッドサイドに水を置いてくれてました）スタッフの笑顔と対応がとても素晴らしい素敵なヴィラでした。

ゆっくり寛げる

オープンなリビング・ダイニング、寝室、バスルーム、プール、すべてが広々としています。豪華さはありませんが落ち着いた内装や家具でゆっくりと寛ぐことができました。庭木の手入れも行き届き、スタッフの対応もよく、気持ちの良い宿泊ができました。ピピ島泊の前後にプールヴィラ１泊、グランドプールヴィラ２泊、わずかな差額を考えると断然グランドプールヴィラがお勧めです。ヴィラ内でセットメニューのディナーを取りましたが、冷蔵庫内のフリードリンクの他にハウスワインやビールのサービスがあり２人で１６００バーツほど。おいしいうえに安いです。ベットのマットが硬いとの書き込みがありましたが私たちには丁度良く快適でした。蚊対策は万全にして持参しましたので大丈夫でした。カタの繁華街に近く買い物、食事に便利。でも路地を入った所に立地する敷地内はとても静かです。ただ難点は隣りの声が聞こえることです。室内にいればまったく問題ありませんが、オープンスペースに居る時、隣りもプールやリビングに居ると声が聞こえてきます。プールではしゃぐお子様連れの隣りの声が煩わしく感じました。２人で静かに過ごしたいなら家族連れの近くにならないようリクエストするのが良いかと思いました。

Great villa, friendly staff good location in kata, just away from the main beach for privacy yet quick walk to get to restaurants, we only need transport to explore out of kata, some areas in the villa are a little tired but over all amazing place to stay, I’d stay there again

An oasis in the middle of chaotic Phuket. We stayed at the 2 bedroom villa for 3 nights, beautifully appointed rooms, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The private pool is a dream, comes with its own water fall and outdoor shower. The ground of the hotel is lush and manicured. The hotel breakfast is delicious and full of options. Hotel is conveniently located right next to the famous karon beach. 5 star experience. We are meh about Phuket in general, but the hotel is the high light of Phuket.

Our stay was wonderful the rooms were super clean the staff was very friendly and our stay exceeded our expectations we will definitely come back to visit the property. One thing that needs improvement is the breakfast was not very good and not many options otherwise everything was amazing

No Customer Service

The property is beautiful and layed out in Kata area. The problem is my wife and I purchased a villa in Rawai and were looking for a place to call home while our villa was being upgraded. We ran into a few complications and because we payed in full for the week, the property held us to a NO REFUND policy for the few days of an emergency. We could have been long time guests of the Malisa, but will never visit again, nor recommend it. We have been to 89 countries and will call Rawai Thailand or 4th home. BUT NEVER THE MALISA VILLA

Villaerne er fine, men vores anmeldelse er på virket af to ting: - vi havde bestilt en familievilla (den største), og den Havde de også solgt til nogle andre, så vi fik to villaer, hvilket ikke helt passede til familien - Internettet kom aldrig til at virke i den ene villa på trods af, at vi bad om at få det fikset mange gange. Ellers dejlig beliggenhed og pænt

Nothing more wonderful than having your own villa with your own pool and complete privacy, Chefs arrive each morning to make your breakfast, ad lunch and dinner can also be done in the villa if you want or there is a restaurant on site. Location is spot on, end of a quiet street but just a few minutes walk to all the restaurant's bars and beach. Staff is over the top amazing and try their hardest to make sure everything is perfect for you . Highly recommend if you want quiet away from the hussle bussle and you own enclosed private space

Stayed here for 10 nights with my wife November 2019. staff where amazing couldn’t do enough for you, villas and pool cleaned every day as well as fresh bed linen and towels. Only 2 minor grips 1. WiFi kept dropping out On some of the furnishings could have done with a spruce up. All in all I would highly recommend this property
