We personalize each arriving guest party based on their preferences and needs. Upon entry our guests will be transcended into complete serenity and a memorable Hawaiian experience. We provide Luxury Hospitality while maintaining the exquisite tropical experience of Hawaii.

This beautiful private, peaceful villa overlooks the gardens and lawn that lead to Lagoon 2. A highly desirable 2 bedroom villa, it has Hawaiian decor with a beautiful layout, including large dining and living areas. New luxury living room furnishings. Bedrooms and ensuite bath wings are on opposite sides of the main living area for max privacy. It boasts a well equipped kitchen with a huge center island, designed by Roy Yamaguchi. Located on the 2nd floor of the front (Beach Tower) building of the Ko Olina Beach Villas, this condo is steps away from the Pacific Ocean and walkway connecting all the ocean front properties within the Ko Olina Resort. Truly a one of a kind property, the Beach Villas are the newest and only beachfront condominiums available on the island in 25 years. Located just 20 minutes west of Honolulu airport and minutes from shopping in Kapolei, the Beach Villlas offer 5 Star world-class serenity and elegance without sacrificing convenience.

This villa has been beautifully upgraded and immaculately maintained and offers an expansive lanai with gorgeous ocean and beach/lagoon view, perfect for watching the evening sunset. This side of the building is very quiet.

This villa offers flat-screen tv’s (including ipod doc) and all beach supplies including beach towels and chairs. The gourmet kitchen, designed by master chef Roy Yamaguchi includes premium appliances by Wolf, Subzero and Fisher Paykel, and a Bosch washer & dryer are provided for your convenience. The master suite has a king size bed, walk-in closet and wall mounted flat screen tv. The master bath includes a double vanity, large shower and soaking tub. The guest room includes two twin beds and a full bath with soaking tub (the two beds can be arranged as a king if requested in advance). The living room offers a Queen sleeper sofa, and there is a child’s pack n’ play/portable crib available for use. Cable tv and high-speed internet included.

The property features lush landscaping with tranquil koi ponds, two pools (one a beautiful lap pool and the other a lagoon pool with a dedicated children’s sand pool), two jacuzzis and beachfront access to some of the most beautiful lagoons in the world. The property boasts Wolf outdoor grills and tables perfect for an evening of grilling and enjoying the world-class sunsets.

The resort is located just across from the Ko Olina golf course, an LPGA championship course designed by Ted Robinson.

Please request dates that leave at least 6 nights open between your requested dates and the next reservation, or that bump up to an adjoining reservation. This allows us to optimize access for the high demand for this villa, while also adhering to the 6 night minimum rental requirement at the resort.

Amazing vacation rental!

My family and I had the best stay here!!! Joan, Nicole and Ron were all such great hosts! The condo itself was beautiful, and they even accommodated a high chair and a pack n play for 15 month old! The views were extremely beautiful from b-206, and we will 100% stay here when we come back again!

Great stay. The only issues were getting the stove/oven to turn on, need instructions to do so. The bbq pits by the bar at the pool didn't work, so we had to wait to be able to cook due to the number of people cooking. Thanks for an overall great place.

Relaxing family experience at Ko'Olina Beach Villas

Our family recently came back from Ko'Olina, and the Ko'Olina Villas are definitely a must stay when visiting Oahu. The apartment was very clean with all amenities included. Communication with the owner was very straightforward. They provided full instructions to the place. Nice second floor partial view of the adjacent lagoon. Appliances were all fully functional. Lagoon pool and the bar on site were a plus. Grounds are very quiet, ideal for families. No issues. Would stay again in this villa in a heartbeat!

Perfect Family Getaway

Beautiful view! Perfect size unit for a family of four. Away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. Thank you for the wagon and chairs for trips down to the beach. We enjoyed our stay at Koolina Beach Villas! Appreciate the price as well, some units were three times as much. This unit comes highly recommended.

Thank you for our beautiful stay in Ko Olina! The area is perfect for families to enjoy the pool and lagoons. We appreciate the use of your beach chairs, wagon, and toys. Check in was a breeze with staff helping us unpack the car and answer questions. The patio was our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening drinks. The birds and mongoose were entertaining in the small garden below. As a family of 5, we will have wonderful memories of this trip. Thank you for showing us such hospitality. Aloha!

Another great stay at the Ko Olina Villas

This was our second stay at the Beach Villas and we had a wonderful time once again. This unit is on the second floor and had a PERFECT view of the NYE fireworks. I would highly recommend this unit any time of year but especially for NYE. This unit provided everything you would need for the beach and a handy wagon for schlepping all your stuff. I also highly recommend Sunset Reef realty as they have excellent communication and are very organized and attentive. We can't wait to get back to our happy place....Ko Olina.

Anniversary

Where to begin… this place is STUNNING just as described on the link and more. Inside: The condo provides the feel of welcoming with warmth and comfort just like being at home..beds comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms well stocked with essentials and most importantly the home was so clean!! Outside: Ah! Where to start..sitting in the lani provides breathtaking views especially of the sunset. We enjoyed the quiet moments to read, have a cup of coffee reminiscing about the day or simply be at one with God on the comfortable patio chairs. The beautiful lush grounds offers beautiful walking trails to enjoy the fresh breeze whether day or night, a skip and a hop to the beach 🏝️, shopping so close without disturbing the integrity of relaxation … Gosh my list can go on and on and on how beautiful this place is. So I say, click the button, lock in your dates and experience creating your special memories for yourself, this place will not disappoint. Can’t wait to return next year .. A wonderful family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the Ko Olina Beach Villas. We loved the location of the unit and drinking coffee on the patio overlooking lagoon 2 every morning. I miss it now that we are back in the cold weather! The condo was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen to cook and barbecue. It was also nice being able to borrow the wagon to bring beach towels, food, and my toddler to the pool/beach area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent from Joan again. A couple things I noticed; the parking spaces were a little tight so we had to let everyone out before parking, especially when a car is parked next to the space. Also, the window blinds and some of the plates and bowls in the kitchen were dusty, but I just washed before use. No complaints.

Exceeded My Expectations

AMAZING! This one word describes my stay at Ko’Olina Beach Villas. This was my fourth time visiting Hawai’i, but my first time staying at the villas. The property manager answered all of my questions prior to reserving this unit and made sure we had everything needed once we arrived. The property grounds were immaculate and the condo was clean. My only recommendation is a cordless vacuum to help with the sand. We stayed for two weeks and sweeping the floors with a broom 1-3 times a day did take awhile. I am very particular about cleanliness and tidiness and I was impressed with how clean, spacious and tidy the unit was. The lagoon view from the lanai (patio) was breathtaking! My six and three year old loved spending time in this space. They also loved the pool areas and the lagoon is perfect for little ones as you don’t have to worry about waves. I would highly recommend this unit and plan on returning in the future.
