This is our first experience with Embassy Suites and we were delighted. Situated in a quiet residential area and close to retail, check! Welcoming staff, check! The common areas are inviting, spacious and nicely decorated, check! Our suite was spacious with large televisions in bedroom and living/dining room, check! Great walk-in tile shower that reminded us of home, check!. Ample closet and dresser space, check! Oodles of snacks, coffee, soft drinks, water replenished daily,check! Daily Happy hr with 2 complimentary drinks per person, check! Adjacent grille with good food and friendly staff, check! Fanily-friendly, check! Great made to order breakfast omelettes and other full breakfast items, check! After sightseeing at Pearl Harbor, exploring Ko Olina (including Monkeypod Restaurant ), and North Shore the Embassy Suites is a relaxing retreat to unwind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The place is really nice. The staff was very attentive. Happy hour was great to wine down daily, breakfast is the best. The location was A all around good in my books and I will keep it on my saved list and tell friends and family.

"I didn't like the attitude of the receptionist during the day. Their tone of voice and facial expression could use some improvement. When I arrived earlier than the check-in time, the day staff receptionist told me that there were no available rooms before 3 pm and that they would call me if anything became available. However, I found it odd that a room suddenly became available when I arrived an hour early. Other than that, the housekeeping staff was very pleasant and helpful. Overall, I think the staff could have a bit more positive and helpful attitudes."

Two days out of our seven, our unit was not clean. They were back to back days and we did not have the do not disturb sign on the door. Otherwise, it’s a great place and a benefit of having happy hour every night for free.

Amazing hotel. If you rent a car and travel the island - there is no better place. Convenient to get anywhere on the island, the rooms are great, the included breakfast is full buffet and is great, the choices of rooms is great, there is parking onsite for 35$, however parking is so easy to find at the street. We never even had to go around the block to find parking - it was always easily found right in front of the hotel. Highly recommend this property and go to Ko Olina lagoons for sunsets)

Overall the hotel is very good.. only thing missing is water station. Other hotels offer elkay filtered water station so you can refill your bottles.

I liked that our kids could not worry about facilities being accessible. What i loved was the free breakfast which a was a huge weight off my shoulders with 3 kids in the mornings. The 2 drinks complimentary was nice to have with my husband. Very welcoming to LOCAL residents as well

We enjoy the location of Embassy Suites in Kapolei, we are 10 minutes from Ewa, 30 minutes from the North Shore and pretty central to places we wanted to visit while on Oahu. We loved the options at breakfast, but are missing the salsa at the omelette bar. We also enjoy the happy hour in the evening. Our room is always refreshed when we arrive back from a day out. We make sure to stay on the premium floor for the additional snacks and drinks! The kids look forward to it.

I wanted to book the location in Waikiki but somehow Expedia booked a location an hour away from the airport. I thought we have a rental car. It’s okay but our pillows core not the cover smelled like sweat and all the pillows were flattened. Our quilt was polyester and hot, I had to ask for cotton sheets. Our bathtub was permanently yellow stained. Sofa bed has springs without any foam on it. Most uncomfortable stay.

The room was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was good. The rooms could use a good deep cleaning; there were visible dust clumps on the high walls, carpet and curtains stained. The pull out couch needs to be replaced, and it didn’t fit in the space when fully extended. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The pool is small but well maintained and peaceful.
