Great place to stay
The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was right across the street from an amazing market. The breakfast was very good too.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My children loved the themed family room. Room was very new n clean. Breakfast was simple but yummy. Homecooked taste and thoughtful. Location was okay but we called for cab most of the time. Its free. There's a small night market just downstairs. Our favourite lodging amongst 2 others in taiwan.

Quite a disappointment considering for the locatio
The location is off from the city but nearer to Dream Mall. Originally thought there might be a lot happening at Dream Mall but it’s quite quiet. Not much crowd and thus same for the hotel. Not a great location since nothing much around the area

A new hotel with dated deco but none the less room is spacious and comfortable. Something will need to be done to breakfast, as it is full everyday with no tables available despite there are not a lot of people.

Is nice experience, I would definitely book again if I go, but my room was close to elevator and I can hear people talking loud at night near the elevator. They should do something about that

HOYA
It is a great business hotel, we've stayed there 3 times. It is a short light rail trip from the Dream Mall where you can find lots of shopping and entertainment. The surrounding area around the hotel is not particularly interesting but the proximity to light rail makes it very convenient. I do wish they had a gym though.

Family friendly
Good and new hotel. Very good for family except the breakfast end at 10am which is a bit early, better like 10:30. Location is not very good but there is lightrail and train covering the area.

住宿方面還不錯 但是早餐的餐廳覺得很神奇 真的第一次遇到這麼大的酒店 早餐自助餐的位子是要客人自己去找的

床很舒服、好睡
櫃台接待人員、餐廳接待人員都很親切，床也滿舒服好睡，還有免費的洗衣、烘衣設備，真的很方便，但遇到住客（香港人）把洗衣機、烘衣機當自己家專用的，一次洗兩桶衣服，接著連續烘乾，根本就是要其他人熬夜等她，我覺得可以適度收費，才不會被無限制的霸佔，另外，廁所馬桶沖水非常大聲，不知道是隔音還是裝潢的問題（210房） 建議要處理一下，浴室裡只有一個掛衣架，對多人房來說，有點不足，其他的設備都很好，大推早餐，不但吃到飽，菜色也很好👍，補菜的速度也很快，真的很棒！休息好了也吃飽飽，繼續下一站旅行
