The temperature in the room can't be controlled & was very cold throughout. The bath towers & bedspread are not really clean in my opinion.

A real gem near the water.
Fun stay near the pier 2 arts district. Super convenient and fun. Easy to hop into the rest of the city by green line light rail. Near historic warehouses and entrance to Z Kaohsiung port.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed at. The walls are so thin ANY noise comes in and wakes you up. People talking normally next door seems like they are right next to you. Staff cleaning the rooms starting at 8am will DEFINITELY wake you up. DO NOT STAY HERE THEY SHOULDNT BE LISTED AS A VIP HOTEL

Lack of Soundproofing
The rooms were beautiful, modern and clean. The big issue with the hotel is the paper-thin walls. I was awake half of the night having to listen to the couple next door. I could even hear conversations from rooms across the hall.

隔音非常非常差，隔壁講電話、洗澡聲、甚至是電話另一端的人聲音都聽得見，更差的是晚上睡覺還聽得到隔壁的打呼聲。除此之外一切還不錯

The location is very convenient. Soundproof is not very good; therefore if staying in the room for a long period of time, can hear house keeping cleaning sounds and next door room. Still recommend though due to cleanliness of room and it’s very strong location.

Overall is was pretty good, but the room windows didn't open, so it became too humid and had a moldy smell. Other than that, no complaints.

Modern clean hotel in superb location
Nice modern hotel with clean compact rooms. Location is superb with the pier arty building on the doorstep and the tram system about 100m away. Everything very accessible from here. Great place to be located, very relaxing area.

They need to improve their soundproof
I stayed in this hotel 7 nights during CNY period. Room is bit small but well enough for a single person who out of the room most of time during the day. I like the decor of the room with heavy industrial style. Bed is comfy and toilet comes with washlet. The only only downside is soundproof is very very bad. If someone next door, I can hear them loud and clear. Especially during the night, I can hear baby crying, coughing and even female moans 🙉. I guess this is the only part that they need to improve.

I stay at this hotel every time I go to Kaohsiung for business. A quite place without any amenities but well located close to the Kaohsiung waterfront. Simple, small but comfortable. It could just use a little better TLC in the bathroom and shower. My last room had not space to hang any shirts or other clothing. But I know this by now and it does not keep me from coming back on my next trip. Can't beat the price. this hotel is for business, not pleasure trips.

Well mannered staffs - check in process was smooth! Great location if you plan to visit the arts area. Room was okay and moderate cleanliness. Stayed in non-smoking room but smoke from other rooms was very overpowering and filled the room.

Best for value, got all the essentials, staff were ok to deal with, room was clean and well maintained. Safe was not bolted in, already small to begin with, can be easily removed.
