初めて王宮に泊まれるということで、期待に胸を膨らませて訪れましたが、充分に期待に応えてくれました(^^) ランクアップもしていただき、朝食時はご飯を食べたいとお願いするとわざわざ用意してくださいました♪朝になると孔雀がガーデンを散歩していて、とても優雅な気持ちで朝を迎えられました！

歴史的建物がきめ細かいメンテナンスに支えられ維持されていました。インルームダイニング、レストランともに上品で美味しい料理に驚きました。何よりも素晴らしいのは、ホテルで働く全てのスタッフのホスピタリティです。同行した家族が高熱を出して寝込んでしまいましたが、すぐにお医者様に往診をして頂き、薬も用意下さいました。その後も、多分私たち家族について情報共有がされていたのか、優しい御心遣いを随所に感じ感動しました。病人もいたのでホテルの中で過ごし、フェイシャルマッサージに行ったり食事をしたりして過ごしたので、宿泊費とその他の支払いで10万円近くになりましたが、それに値する素晴らしいホテルだったと思います。実は、旅行の終わりにジャイプールの外資系ホテルにも泊まりましたが・・・比べものになりませんでした。宿泊費は三分の一でしたが。

豪華なインドの宮殿が体験できました。

ホテルに到着したときからフラワーシャワーをしてもらったり、花の首飾りをもらったり歓迎してもらいました。ホテル内のレストランがいくつもあり、食事のバリエーションがありました。夕食時、レストランの屋外席だとインドのダンスが見られました。敷地も広く、散歩して気持ちよかったです。部屋はとても広くて清潔。飾りもとても豪華なものでした。このホテルはもともと実際に宮殿として使われていて歴史があり、今回は時間がなく参加できませんでしたが、ホテル内ツアーがあるようです。 WIFIも問題なくつながりました。

宝石の街にある王宮ホテル

本当にゆったり快適に過ごすことができました。庭を優雅に闊歩する、100羽以上の孔雀の存在が、さらに特別感を演出していました。いまでも、孔雀の優雅な啼き声が耳に残っています。またお金をためて、泊まりにいきたいです。

建物の豪華さ、ホテルマンのサービス共に、大満足な宮殿ホテル。ダイニングも歴史を感じ、ダンスショーも興味深い。孔雀がいる庭園も散歩が楽しい。

インド屈指のマハラジャホテルは素晴らしかった

　インドにいることを忘れる素晴らしいホテルでした。チェックインして最初に中庭でこのホテルの歴史について説明をしてくれます。英語なので少し聞き取れなさそうにしていたら、おそらく説明をショートカットしてくれたように思いますｗ（このホテルのうんちくはメインダイニングでもあります。良かれと思って話してくれてるし、言ってる内容も凄いのですが、英語が弱い人には少々しんどいと思います）　ホテルの中はいわずもがな、外の庭が孔雀が歩いていて優雅でとても好きです。庭の広さはおそらく学校の校庭3つ分ぐらいでしょうか。もしも宿泊するならば、是非朝食をメインダイニングのテラスで孔雀を見ながら食べて欲しいです。　中庭は噴水のある素晴らしい庭です。ハトも気にいるのか、真ん中の噴水の所にどんどんやってきます。それを追い払うためだけに人がいるのが驚きました。白い旗を振って音を出してハトを追い払う姿は、なんだかそれすら優雅でした（笑）　アメニティーはフォレストエッセンシャルを使用していました。これはバラナシのナデサールパレスでも同じだったので、タージグループのインド高級ホテルでは共通なのかもしれません。（同じグループでもｹﾞｰﾄｳｪｲでは違うアメニティでした）　欧米人やインド人が中心でアジア人は私たちだけでした。再びインドへ行くことがあれば、再度泊まりたいですね。お金が許せば！バックパッカーのようなインド旅も良いですが、もうひとつのインドをこのランバーグパレスで感じて欲しいです。背伸びしてでも泊まる価値があるかと。オススメです！

amazing hotel!!

友人たちと一泊しました。まさに宮殿・amazingの一言！チェックイン前のサプライズからチェックアウト後のサプライズまで幸せなひと時を過ごせました。また、spa was soooo good!! swimmingpool was sooooo nice! 滞在中、体調を崩したのですが非常にあたたかい対応をしていただきました。 we wanna stay there again!!

特別な一日を優雅に過ごせる宮殿

新婚旅行ということで、夢の宮殿ホテルに泊まってきました。同行ガイドからその旨がホテル側に伝わっていたらしく、無償でランクアップしてくださっていました。部屋はもちろん、施設全体に魅力が満載で、朝には孔雀まで優雅にお散歩していました。食事については、残念ながらお腹がいっぱいだったため、二人してデザートのみいただきました。朝は朝で出発が早かったのでいただけずじまい…。スタッフは皆笑顔で、とても好印象でした。また、出発の際に裸の手荷物があったのですが、車まで運んでくれたときにはホテルの麻バッグに入れられていました。何から何まで行き届いた心遣いに、二人して感激しました。

マハラジャの肖像画に囲まれた室内を堪能できます

ディナーの際にたまたまかもしれませんが生演奏の音楽と踊りを楽しむことができました。ホテル内にはマハラジャの肖像画がたくさんあり当時に思いをはせることができます。お料理はインド料理だけでなくリクエストに応じて可能な提案をしていただきました。とても素敵な宮殿ホテルです。浴室の水は最初少し茶色い水が出ますが流し続ければ透明になり問題ありません。（国の状況としてまだまだインフラが整っていない部分がありますが・・・）　是非、ポロバーにも足をはこんでください。ホテル名のカクテルがおすすめです。

優雅なひととき

専用車で迎えられ、宮殿に着くとフラワーシャワー、ジャスミンのレイ、ビンディ、ウェルカムドリンクで歓迎です。部屋は１階のガーデンビュー。ガーデンには、くじゃくが優雅にお散歩しています。ベッドはクイーンサイズが２台。部屋に合わせた色合いでセットされています。小腹が空いた私たちは部屋にあったリンゴをいただいてから、宮殿散策とスパへ行きました。その間約３時間。すっかりお姫様気分で帰ってきた私たちは、リンゴが新しくセッティングされていることに気付きました。ディナーから帰ってきたときには「すてきな夜を」と書かれたメッセージとともに、ボディミルクが添えられてベッドメイキングされていました。常に姫の行動を把握し、外出している間に環境を整えてくれます。宮殿内では、すれ違い時に必ず挨拶をし、カメラを持っていると「撮りましょうか」と声をかけてくれます。宮殿内の中庭の環境整備の気配りもすてきです。１日に数回、飾られる花の色合いが変わり、いつ通っても楽しいです。あいにくの天気で、中庭での演奏を見ることはできませんでしたが、普段はインドの伝統舞踊を見ることが出来るようです。ディナーは、姫の体調や好みを聞いて、シェフがスパイスをアレンジしてくれます。この旅ですっかり胃が小さくなっていた私たちは、注文したものを満足に食べきることができませんでした。デザートなんて入らないくらい満腹で注文しませんでしたが、「一口だけでもいかがですか」と、インドのデザートと紅茶をサービスしてくれました。部屋で休憩後、「ポロ・バー」に行きました。メニューにないスナックや、ミニサンドイッチ、チョコレートなどのサービスを受けました。翌朝はゆったりまったりと過ごし、チェックアウトしました。チェックアウト時には部屋に置いてあった物と同じコースターをいただきました。そこは本当にインドなのか！？と思わずにはいられない、優雅なひとときを過ごすことができました。

Property was excellent. But service was poor. My expectation from this hotel is for excellent service. I would like to highlight two issues 1) Hotel did not provide their traditional welcome to me. When we asked staff member, staff member said they will provide welcome before we check out of the hotel but they did not do anything about it 2) Hotel had Christmas gala dinner the night of our stay. I did not receive any service during the dinner. No one served drinks and or showed us where is what type of food. I had to be in line for about 10 minutes at every food counter.

This was by far the most luxurious hotel we have ever stayed in.The setting is so beautiful and peaceful; every member of staff, in the hotel building, the spa and the gardens, incredibly attentive and welcoming; the standard of service and eye to detail, throughout, remarkable. It was very hard to leave. Our time there will always be one of the highlights of our lives. This is a place you really want to stay in and return to. Good service, breakfast needs improvemenr.

Good property. Garden area is a nice experience. Rooms are comfortable. Service is very good. Staff put lot of effort to make us feel comfortable. We had a late checkin. They arranged all activities next day fpr is to experience the property. Breakfast can be better. Was disaapoinyed with bread and egg section. Indian section also was average.

Pas au niveau de la réputation et du prix

Très bel établissement dans un bâtiment historique. Un service de très haut niveau pas toujours homogène cependant, avec notamment un gros bémol côté piscines tant pour l'entretien, l'équipement plus que daté et le service pas au niveau du reste. Très cher au regard du prix.

We had an incredible stay. All staff have been amazing from breakfast to dinner. The concierge has been especially useful in organising our stay in Jaipur and our plans within the hotel. The hotel itself is stunning and one to remember.

Luxury at its best!

Most amazing property and the service is impeccable. Butler Mr Karan took good care of us and made sure we had whatever we needed. Mr Khateeb went out of his way to arrange a tour and personally took care of extending our stay to ensure we had a room to stay even after check out time.

The staff is wonderful! They really make you feel at home. The property is impeccable, the food is amazing, the Jiva Spa is beautiful. We had an unforgettable visit. Everyone knew our names and did their best to make us happy. They could not do enough! So much fun! Sitting on the Veranda for afternoon tea, breakfast, and dinner was one of our favourite things to do!

To say we felt like royalty might sound cliche but it’s true. Everyone and I mean EVERY person on staff were so wonderful, attentive, kind and knowledgeable- not just about the property but about Jaipur. We had the most amazing time!

The photos of the Rambagh Palace and its rooms just don't do the property justice. The whole palace has a very peaceful and open feeling. I had a standard room with a balcony and I loved the high ceilings and historic/clean atmosphere of the room and the grounds. The property is also pretty close to the Pink City and there are cars for hire that will help you set up guides or take you wherever you want to go.

Best Hotel to get a Royal treatment

Hands Down!! This is best hotel I have stayed at in my lifetime. The hotel does give a pure royal feeling during the stay. Every room in the hotel is different and gives a different feel and vibe. I was very well greeted by Khateeb and Preeti who personally took care of me. I would really want to thank them for making our stay very memorable and wonderful.

Royal stay in the pink city

We had an amazing stay at Rambagh Palace! We were lucky enough to go there during the Holi weekend and they had a beautiful procession and entertainment on the hotel grounds that we could be a part of. Having not lived in india for many years, this was an amazing opportunity to celebrate Holi on such a beautiful property! The service was impeccable and the rooms are rich and rustic in keeping with the palace theme but newly renovated at the same time so it doesn’t feel old. We visited some other hotels in Jaipur on this trip as well but Rambagh is hands down the best in comparison! Will definitely go back when we get a chance!
