I had initially held high expectations for my stay at Le Meridien, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of what I anticipated. To begin with, the air conditioning and light switches in the first room were malfunctioning, creating an inconvenience. Promptly, I raised a complaint, leading to a room change the following day. However, the new room also had issues with the air conditioning, requiring another call for repairs. Overall, my dissatisfaction with the accommodations was notable. Despite the room-related challenges, I must commend the staff, including the manager, for their exceptional friendliness and responsiveness to my concerns. Their professionalism and willingness to address issues were commendable, making the experience more bearable. In summary, while the personnel at Le Meridien were exemplary, the room conditions left much to be desired. There is room for significant improvements in the maintenance and functionality of the facilities, ensuring a more seamless and enjoyable stay for future guests.

Property is a bit dated. Carpets and chairs in the room did not look clean. View from a room was of a terribly congested Kondapur road (stuff of nightmares). Breakfast buffet was nice and so were all the staff in the buffet restaurant - Turquoise. Front desk staff were not great. There was confusion between Expedia and the hotel and the hotel charged me £76 for a phantom booking. The hotel should have clarified with Expedia and not charged me! I refuse to believe that the hotel has no contact with Expedia to clarify these issues. My leisure holiday ended with a terrible experience. Never again Le Meridian Hyderabad.

I stayed for 2 days, coming from Abu Dhabi Room was nice spacious and well lit. Very clean room. A few issues though, the tv channels were not working very well, Shower was not draining properly, called the housekeeping and they promptly fixed it. Had to toggle with the overhead shower. Also I don’t understand why the coffee downstairs was twice the price of coffee at Starbucks. And also airport ride costs 3 times the cost of a taxi

Customers need to eye their bill carefully. Was double charged for airport transfer even tho they denied. Credit card bill shows the truth. Front desk promised information on currency exchange. Never heard from them. They flat out refuse to give foreigners a reasonable amount of local currency. Also, was given inaccurate directions to DMart. Hotel said it’s a safe walk there. Most foreigners have no clue how to cross a busy multi lane road in India. It is not the same as in the west. Room was average. Exterior for nicer than interior spaces. Hard to get staff to wait on white skinned people in dining area.

One of the best places to stay in Hyderabad. Great location. Great breakfast buffet. Excellent top floor bar and swimming pool. Good gym. Convenient location. Very well soundproofed rooms - no road noise in spite of being on the main road.
