Staff would not do anything without asking for tips. Very annoying to have to pay extra for services that you already paid. Asked for wake up call. Got none. Had to change the room key several times as it did no work. We were a large group that paid premium. Some got premium rooms, some didn’t. All dependent on the tip paid. Internet was sketchy at the best

The best stay . the reception are very polite and helpful . All the employees are doing their best in order to make the guest happy . The food is excellent and fresh with many varieties . The room is clean .

Check in was appalling- no information about the booking despite it been made a month before and rude staff. Ended up paying a premium rate for the night. Following day still not sorted until I contacted Hotels.com at a cost of £20 for the call (hotel said they would reimburse but did not). Once sorted the remaining 2 days stay was pleasant but would not return as too much hassle at the beginning.

The staff is very friendly, for the money I paid it's a good value but, for food quality and variety is not satisfied also some of the rooms need some maintenance.

The property is decently maintained. Nice landscaping and pool seemed adequately clean. Food was good. Always had plenty of water and coffee in the room. My room was very quiet. The building is a bit dated cosmetically but functionally seemed great. Was a much nicer place than I expected.

Property is spread out, but close to the ocean and has many pools. Rooms are spacious and staff are friendly and helpful. Food is delicious but they only have food during certain hours, which was unfortunate but okay.

I stayed with my family for 2 nights with 3 rooms booked. At the check in, I made a mistake through Expedia and booked a single bed room instead of double and they were flexible at the hotel to fix that for me smoothley without drama which was a first good impression. Staff was welcoming and very friendly. The hotel condition was acceptable with nice pools and beautiful garden. The rooms were comfortable with very good beds. The bathrooms were acceptable but need to be more luxurious. The food was ok with a bonus for the breakfast. The beach was beautiful and they provided good service in the all inclusive option while on the beach in terms of beverages, ice cream, snacks and activities. The animation and shows were ok. Overall I think it is a good experience and value given the current price. The hotel is not very luxurious but very acceptable and it can gives you a smile at the end of your stay. I’d recommend it and would be happy to come back.

Die Wahrheit kann ich nicht über das Hotel beschweren waren sehr freundlich, uns zu den Zimmern zu begleiten, die Einrichtungen sehr sauber und sehr komfortable Zimmer. Die Restaurants sehr gut und sehr reichhaltiges Buffet und der Koch der ausgezeichneten Kuchen waren köstlich in den beiden Buffets, exzellenten Service sehr freundliche Menschen vor allem die von Aqua Lounge Bar und Lobby Bar. Ich habe nur eine Beschwerde und das wäre mit einem der Kellner im Al Dente Restaurant auf den ersten sehr nett und alle, aber ein paar Tage nachdem ich dort mit meinem Freund war, fragte er mich Dinge wie, ob ich mit meinem Freund glücklich war oder ob er mein freund war obwohl er das schon wusste und ich fühlte mich sehr unwohl ein Mangel an Respekt und wenn mein Freund stand er kam direkt zu mir sprechen. Leider erinnere ich mich nicht an seinen Namen und der vorletzte Tag war, wo ich explodierte ich mit meinem Freund essen ruhig, wenn er in der Nähe von unserem Tisch geht und sagt, Baby , Da haben mein Freund und ich beschlossen, diesen Ort zu verlassen und am anderen Buffet zu essen. Das essen war nicht schlecht. Und denn ich muss sagen, dass es eine Kellner gab, die mich und meinen Freund respektierte und die sich sehr gut um uns beide kümmerte. Aber sonst allgemein eine gute Hotel

Très bon séjour au Long Beach, un service compétent et à l’écoute. L’hôtel est immense et il y a des activités chaque soir. En bord de mer donc cadre idyllique. Je recommande 100%

Hôtel tres agréable en général. La plage est très grande donc de la place pour tout lr monde. On ne peut pas vraiment se baigner car coraux et marée basse mais pour le snorkling c est sympa. Les chambres spacieuses. Lits un oeu durs pour moi mais possibilité d obltenir un sur matelat et c est parfait. Les oreillers en egypt sont trop gros mais la aussi essayez de demander pour des plus petits. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Vs avez la possibilité d aller à la piscine pour adultes. Super mais attention les places sont prisées et il faut y aller tôt le matin pour etre sûre d y avoir 1 place. Wifi pas terrible mais c est l egypte ! N oubliez pas vous etes au milieu de nul part et du desert donc c est plus que normal ;)) Le lieu des repas reste très bruillant mais vous avez une magnifique terrasse vue mer donc super. Le soir toujour grillades aux choix sympa. Le seul hic pour moi très grand complexe donc un peu l usine et beaucoup de clients locaux avec beaucoup de groupes pour réunion. Il faut rentabiliser dommage !

الاقامة رائعة لكن ما أفسد علينا الاستمتاع هو بعد المطعم والاكوا عن الغرفة لان المسافة بعيدة جدا وأيضا عدم وجود البارات بعد الساعة الخامسة وعدم وجود تنظيف للغرفة ما عدا ذلك كل شئ رائع
