Hi Jordan, We apologize for the pest that showed up in your room. We have regular pest control and do our best to ensure that every room is pest-free, however, it does happen on occasion. I am unable to see your reservation in our system so cannot determine what room you stayed in, so we can have our exterminator treat that room ASAP. If you'd like to call the hotel and speak with me, the General Manager, please feel free to do so.

Ms April, Thank you for taking the time to leave a candid review of our hotel and Holiday, Florida as a whole. We have no control over the city and other problems you experienced while visiting our area. You may have received towels that have been not treated so nicely by other guests and we apologize for that but, let me assure you, that the towels and linen in the room and in the front lobby are washed and very clean. We have a contracted respected Pest Control company that treats our hotel on a weekly basis and are inspected on a routine basis by the state of Florida the same as every other hotel in Florida. We apologize that our hotel is not up to your standards and we will use your comments to coach our staff.
