DISGUSTING
We changed the booking date from sep6 to sep3. We recieved confirmation that it was successfully changed, but the property owner wasnt able to check it and had no room reserved for us. We stayed on a different hotel for the first night and was payed by Vinabooker as compensation. As we arrived to the original room that we booked, address and the room itself were all different. Even from the video guide on how to get to their address. Room is so small you cant even open the door to get inside. Place looks not safe. Residents were just sitting on the road just at the front of the main door. Very foul and unpleasant odor all over the place. Property Owner dont want to give any refund.

Nice Budget Room
It's ok for a "self checkin" room. Nice budget room. Environment around quiet. There're many surveillance cameras around this residential area. A lot of budget street foods court around also. However, there's a little bit hard to find the hostel (asking people around). Full services aren't available here, cause this's exactly a budget hostel. Overall, cheap price, nice room and security are enough for me.

I gues only drama is the correct description.
The hotel had problems with water and plumbing and was not able to host me at all. The left me on the streets of Saigon 7 am with no place to go.

絶対に予約してはいけません
別の方も言っていますが、記載の住所で営業しておりません。そもそも地図も間違っています。3月半ばの宿泊予約をし（クレジット先払い）、ホテルに向かいましたが地図が間違っているため、暑い日差の中12キロ以上の荷物を抱え、1時間位かけて現地の人に聞きながら探しました。そしてようやくたどり着いた場所は看板も何もない普通のアパートの3階でした。（探し出せる訳がありません。）その上、ドアには移転しましたとの張り紙がしてあり、営業してませんでした。もうめちゃくちゃです。移転先の住所も地図も貼ってませんでした。やむを得えないので諦めて、近くの別のホテルに泊まることにし、そのホテルの従業員の方に手伝ってもらい、ヴィナブッカーコングクィンに返金の約束とエクスぺディアへの説明をちゃんとするよう申し入れをしました。（結局向こうがそれすらさっさと対応しなかったので、こちらからエクスぺディアに連絡をし、長いやり取りの後、やっと返金を確約することができました。）おかけで不毛な労力を強いられ、身体も疲弊し、スケジュールも大幅に変更することになり、大変迷惑を被りました。移転したなら、そのことをちゃんと修正した上、再度予約サイトで販売するようにすることが当然だと思うのですが、それすら怠り、客が困惑するのではという想像力も持ち得ない人間はホテルという仕事に携わってはいけないと思います。もはやわざと詐欺でやっているのではと疑うレベルです。結局その後ホテル側からは何の説明も謝罪もありませんでした。エクスペディア側にも被害者がこれ以上でないように、ホテルにちゃんと情報を修正させてから販売させるようにすべきではないかと提案しましたが、それに対する返信は特になく、今もこのサイト上では移転前の情報のままとなっています。全くもって理解できません。そして案の定、上記の方のように迷惑をかけられた人が出てきてしまっています。サイト、ホテルの無責任さ、思慮の無さに辟易しますし、未だに腹立たしいです。最低です。

存在しません。
ホテルの看板など一切なく、また表示されている地図とは異なった場所にあります。 ようやくホテルに到着すると、移転したと貼り紙がありました。 現地の方の助けを借りて連絡が取れましたが、移転先の住所は教えてもらえず、また送迎も次の日になり、予約1日目は宿泊できませんでした。 宿は4.5畳半程度の空間にダブルベットとガラスで区切られたシャワー、トイレ、冷蔵庫、テレビが無理やり置いてありました。 部屋は湿っぽく、ゴキブリや毛虫がウロついており、トイレの水は連続で流せません。 シャワーは水量が非常に弱く、お湯も出ませんでした。 宿の場所を把握すれば、バックパッカー通りの近くなので良いかもしれませんが、路地を入って行くので大変場所がわかりづらいです。 もっとちゃんとした場所を選べば良かったと後悔しかありません。

Could not find this place at all. I called the hotel, and they sent me a different address than announced. I can't agree this kind of service. I also sent 3 hours finding this place, also with the help of various local people and even a scooter driver. !! Ebookers don't answer to mail.!!

たどり着くまでが大変
たどり着くまでが大変です。よくわからなかったので地元の英語ができる少女に住所を見せて、その建物まで連れて行ってもらいました。その建物には看板も何もありません。たぶん３階だろうということで入っていったら、やっと見つけました。扉にはテンキーがついていて暗証番号を入力したら開きました。中にはとくに受付もありません。どうしたらいいかと右往左往していたら、たまたま先に止まっていた日本人が部屋から出てきて、管理人に連絡してくれ、いろいろと教えてくれました。とにかくたどり着くまでが一苦労です。道を教えてくれた少女と先に泊まっていた日本人に感謝です。

場所がわかりづらい。
立地がめちゃくちゃわかりにくいですが、管理人さんがきちんとメッセージをくださって案内してくれます。事前にメッセージをやり取りを英語で出来なければ、泊まることは不可能。レセプションがなく、一般のアパートを貸し出しているだけなので、看板などもありません。個人で見つけるのはほぼ不可能です。そのぶん、コスパが良い。 ブイビエン通りなどからも徒歩圏内で、夜間はとても静かな住宅地なのでゆっくり夜寝ることができました。 残念ながら私が泊まった時にはクーラーが壊れていました。管理人さんにお伝えしたら迅速に対応してくれました。結局土日に泊まったので、直せないとのことでしたが、夜は涼しかったです。 スーパーマーケットが近く、非常に便利です。
