Dear Mr , you have reserved a junior suite in BB and you have come to the restaurant believing that you have reserved Half-board, the restaurant and the reception have informed you that your reservation is Bed and breakfast, despite that you have benefited from buffet dinner for two, and at the time of check out you did not find the money to pay and the general management made you a reduction of 50% in order to be able to pay you signed on the invoice of 50% by thanking us !! It is not honest to write such a comment afterwards !!

Great night stay
Stayed in this hotel for 1 night of my recent trip to Tunisia, and this hotel was amazing, the room was very clean, staff were friendly, food was nice and also the beach was amazing and the hotel also had 4 pools in total which allowed plenty of room to chill out in.

Large pools, white sand beach, quietness
The hotel is beautiful! From the lounge to our room, to the poolside and the beach, it makes a difference for an adult only hotel. Now, when I say adult, the average age range seemed to be around 45+, therefore I did not see as many late night activities happening and things seem to shut down early. This is great though if you are looking to stay at a resort and just enjoy the glorious beach or poolside that they have. The resort is very gated so there isn't much to see right outside the gate or to walk around. To go to a nearby marina where the action is, you have to a take a cab which is about 8 dinar. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Hammamet if you're looking to go into full on relaxation mode.

Excellent relaxing place to stay - hard to choose between beach and pool! Lovely rooms with large balconies. Clay tennis courts if feeling active and a short taxi ride to many restaurants.

Beautiful stay
I spent one weekend at the Oceana. Everything was high great, and not just by Tunisia standards. The staff was very professional (perhaps with the exception of the person working the lobby bar, he was quite inattentive). They accommodated my early check-in without any issues. At the beach, fresh towels are brought to you as soon as you set foot on the sand. The beach bar offers drink and food options and you can be serviced even as you are lounging in the sun. The staff is friendly and accomodating. The room was superb,: spacious, beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, fully equipped with all possible amenities and everything in the room felt clean and new. The hotel grounds were equally luxurious. Breakfast was very good as well, with many options to choose from. I especially enjoyed all the freshly squeezed juiced and the fresh crepes. Overall the atmospehere is relaxed, quiet and peaceful at all times. Truly a great beach experience if you want to be away from it all. Highly recommend.

Ce n’est pas un hôtel horrible. Les chambres sont grandes mais vieillottes. Les chambres sont propres, mais les tapis et les murs tachés. Grande salle de bain, mais un peu de moisissure. En fait, c’est bien, mais… Surtout ne demandez rien au personnel de la réception ou du bar. Ils ne voudront pas vous aider. Au restaurant par contre, le personnel est vraiment sympathique.

Mauvaise expérience
Je tiens à vous mentionner que mon commentaire est à but constructif et non péjoratif. Une très mauvaise expérience que j’ai vécu dans cet hôtel qui est loin d’un 5 étoiles je le confirme il est plus tôt 3 ou 4* maximum et pas plus . Pour le prix que j’ai payé presque 875 dt pour une nuitée avec hôtels.com je m’attendais à un service beaucoup mieux car le rapport qualité prix n’était pas du tout à la hauteur des mes attentes. L’édifice est rendu un peu vieux , l’air climatisé n’était pas fonctionnel dans les espaces en commun , le buffet était fermé et même pour dîner on était obligé d’aller au restaurant à la carte d’ailleurs on était désinformé par le réceptionniste quand je lui ai posé la question si je choisi le restaurant à la carte ou le buffet , il savait que le buffet était fermé alors il nous conseillais d’aller au restaurant a la carte car il est beaucoup mieux (soit disant conseil d’ami) là-bas le choix était très limité alors que je m’attendais à plus de variétés surtout pour le prix que j’ai payé (875dt), pour un prix moins dispendieux j’aurai dû aller à la cigale Tabarka ou Russelior à quelques mètres très luxueux comme hôtels et un service beaucoup plus meilleur. Au début je pensais que c’était un hôtel seulement pour les adultes alors qu’ils y avait des enfants au bord de la piscine et j’ignore la raison pourquoi ils ne donnent pas la bonne information dès le début malgré que j’ai rien contre les enfants.

L'hôtel Oceana est un des rares 5 étoiles à Hammamet à respecter les prestations d'un 5 étoiles (expérience de cette région depuis 2010). Les plus de cet établissement : Adulte Only. tarif justifié, la piscine, la plage, les sports nautiques ( matériels neuf).La direction ainsi que leurs collaborateurs et tout le personnel sont à notre écoute et réactifs, le personnel du service de nettoyage très professionnel avec un service irréprochable.
