Beautiful views and location but poor service
Beautifully located with magnificent water views but the staff was unfriendly and slow and the hotel double booked our room, so we had to downgrade for the first night and switch to the room we booked for the second and third nights. The restaurant service was extremely slow but the breakfast was awesome. The tub faucet was too slow to fill and the floor was dusty. No soap or lotion by the sink. The comfort of the bed, convenience, massage, and sunset views made up for everything though.

Mgr or owner laying on couch in lobby watching tv every night. Water pit had rice cooked in it and they couldn’t replace. Rooftop pool and location excellent.

· Clean rooms, friendly staff and located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of food options in the area (10 min walk or less). I appreciate the washing machine and couch / dining table studio layout of the room. Good value for money.

This is by fae one of the best hotels iv ever stayed in. I was so impressed. Its new and modern and is clean. Greag value for money. Would definitely stay there again. The staff, even with basic english, were just amazing

Schönes Zimmer, alles sauber, freundliches Personal und gute Lage. Nur das Angebot beim Frühstücksbuffet war nicht so überzeugend. Hotel lieber ohne Frühstück buchen und in den umliegenden Lokalitäten lecker frühstücken gehen.

We totally loved the Paradise Hotel. The staff were all so friendly and took such an interest in what we'd done each day. The rooftop bar was breathtaking. We could sit there all evening watching the town below and all around. A special thanks to Hun and all the bar staff. We also used the spa for a facial and massage which was so relaxing. We also enjoyed the charming afternoon tea every day. Thank you to Paradise Hotel for giving us such a relaxing and hospitable time in Cat Ba Island.

It was a pleasant stay in this hotel, staff were excellent in particular My who is professional and lovely to chat, a helpful and beautiful individual, then we met this professional gentleman, An who was also great person, we also met Quynh and Hun at the rooftop who served me. I recommend the hotel to stay , and in general everyone at the hotel were excellent

Quy the waiter from Jolie bar was very nice and helpful and we had a great time in the pools . From the roof of the hotel there is a great view of the river and part of the town center . overall the hotel has a great atmosphere and everything including breakfast was great as in other 4* hotels

The hotel has greatly exceeded our expectations. The attention of all the staff is excellent, especially Ms. Quynh and Mr. Duong, they are two wonderful people and great professionals who have made our stay at a higher level. We perceived that the staff is a true team of "facilitators" focused on making our stay as rewarding as possible. Sincerely, thank you very much for everything, because there are things that can not be paid for with money. The location of the hotel is perfect, just 100 meters from Dong Ho Bay. The facilities are very nice and clean and the breakfast has a very wide, rich and varied offering.

My family had a wonderful experience at Cat Ba Paradise hotel. We decided to extend 2 more nights. They offer a very affordable price. The hotel is located in the center of town, a few minutes walk from the beach, surrounded by restaurants, local cuisine, cafes... It is a large room, with 1 King bed, overlooking the ocean, Beautiful, complete interior, Duong, the guy at the front desk was very helpful, helping us have a memorable experience at Cat Ba, especially the boating experience with glowing plankton We will definitely stay again.

I like everything about this hotel, really recomended this hotel , restaurant close by and beach is 5 minutes walking distance, The breakfast so nice with a lot of choice, the staff are so nice , always help you out.

Comfortable and great location. The staff are very attentive and friendly. We really enjoyed the night kayaking trip and the full-day boat trip they offered to visit Lan Ha Bay, Ha Long Bay. Thanks Duong, who provided me with all the useful information and made our trip perfect. Breakfast was delicious.

Gutes Hotel. Pool mit tollem Blick.
Toller Pool mit schöner Aussicht über die Bucht, gute Lage, sehr zentral. Frühstück eher für Asiaten geeignet , es roch etwas komisch im Zimmer. Zimmer sehr sauber. Personal nicht übermässig freundlich, aber hat Ausflüge gut organisiert.

Room is so amazing, stunning, feeling like HOME living style. Pool view is cool. Having a little balcony and washing machine in the room is super convenient. Overall is clean, lighting is comfortable. Hotel lobby looks grand and breakfast is nice
