Great Condo & Amenities ....Stiff Beds

We really enjoyed the condo's location and great accessibility to the pools and beach. Check in was friendly and fast. Only negatives were the beds which were hard and noisy. Check out is a very prompt 10 am which does not allow for one last walk on the beach. 11 am check out would be preferable.

Nice condo with great view.

Our stay was great! The condo was clean and nice. Comfy beds and our family of 6 was spread out fine for sleeping. We did learn that we would bring more towels, garbage bags, tp, laundry soap and dishwash soap for the next visit. Beach chairs were available in the room-a great plus! The washer and dryer in room was a lifesaver! We would definitely return.

Courteous Staff & Happy Kids

The entire staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. My kids had a great time. The location was perfect. The kids were able to enjoy the beach and all the pools. We had a great time and can't wait to go back!

Maybe worth the price?

Great beach access, multiple pools, large room, etc. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I think that next time we will stay somewhere a little less expensive and save a little cash.

Crystal Towers Review

Room was good but not cleaned to what I would call acceptable. The dishes were put away dirty, glasses with soda stuck on the side, plates put away with food on them etc. There was no house keeping, so once the toilet paper runs out you have to buy your own and also wash your own towels. The walkway from the hotel to the beach is a little bit of an inconvenience but is better than trying to cross the road. All in all we enjoyed our time here.

Nice hotel across the street

We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo and fully enjoyed the entire trip. The hotel is across the street but this actually makes it nice and quite still only tool 2 or 3 min to reach the beach. Will stay again

This hotel/condo was not directly on the beach. It was across the busy street. This was very disappointing, however, there was an indoor walkway above the street and with 3 children, this was a lifesaver. The room was clean and nice enough, but the garbage disposal was broken. We stayed on the 9th floor and the two elevators were very slow while the third was broken. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but I would not stay there again.

Good family fun!

The location was a little deceiving, however it worked out. It wasn't a beach front, but did have a covered walkway over the street which was a plus. The condos were roomy and very nice. Private balcony was also a plus! And plenty of hot water! All in all it was a very nice stay, very relaxing and in a nice section of town.... 4.5 out of 5

Spring break

Very well organized check in, they had all the paper work done on arrival and waiting. The condo was spotless, kitchen has all the cook ware and utensils. The view from the balcony was fantastic! We are breakfast over looking the gulf. Check out was very simple, just drop the keys in the drop box and go.

Great for families!

Our 2BR, 2BA condo was great. We had plenty of space for everyone. Having a view of the gulf from 2 balconies was a pleasant surprise. We were there during the off season, but still warm enough to play in the ocean and use the indoor pool and outdoor hot tub. The room was priced right and the walkway to the beach meant we didn't have to get a 5 and a 6 year old across the street with all of our beach gear.

Wonderful Views

We had never stayed here before but heard great things about it. Booked during Gulf Shores Shrimpfest 2013. Great customer service at the leasing office. Condo was extremely clean. Equipped kitchen includes blender, toaster, and elec can opener which far exceeded our expectations. Be sure to ask for condos higher than the 10th floor because to your left, you can watch the sun rise, and to your right, you can watch it set. Even though the building itself sits across the street, Crystal Towers has an enclosed, air conditioned walkway ACROSS the street to one of it's 3 pools with a security gate leading you to your private access to the public beach. So it's like a long hallway. We brought our own groceries and enjoyed most of our evenings, having private dinners on the balcony. Had it not been for Shrimpfest, we would have never had to leave the condo. If we have to say anything negative, we had trouble with the ice maker not making ice. Once we found the "button" to turn it back on, life with ice was good! (The leasing office didn't tell us) Also had a dishwasher and washer/dryer. It was just 2 of us for the 3 days and we aren't dirty housekeepers, so we could have left it the way we found it. We left feeling cheated out of $130 cleaning fee, which gets charged before they hand you the keys.

Wonderful Experience

Our recent stay at Crystal Towers was fabulous. It was situated centrally among the restaurants, souvenir shops and attractions. The space was nice and everyone was very comfortable. The beach and canal views were amazing and proximity/ease of access to the beach were a breeze. We were all impressed by the various pools and spas. It was an excellent experience overall and we plan to stay with Crystal Towers again!

Nice place to stay, a little crowded

We enjoyed our stay. We had actually stayed before; however, our previous stay was during the month of October. July was extremely busy. The pool was crowded, as was the beach. The busy traffic noise took away from the balcony view. Overall, very nice place to stay, but preferably during off-season months.

Close to beach

The condo complex was awesome! Our condo was spacious and clean. The complex is actually across the street from the beach, but there is an indoor bridge so it's not necessary to cross the beach front road. It has 3 pools so the kids had a great time 'pool hopping'. One was an indoor pool so on the rainy day we still had something to do.

The condo was larger than I expected and very clean. I like that it offered a large outside pool and inside pool as well as the beach access.
