Top Lage der Wohnung im Fürstenhof. Alles ist zu Fuß bestens erreichbar. Ein reservierter Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus vorhanden. Wohnung ist freundlich und nett eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was für ein Appartement Urlaub nötig ist. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Ausrichtung des Balkons nach Südwest mit Meerblick. Bequeme Stühle, ein Tisch und eine Markise sind vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Unser Dank geht auch an das Team Ahrens das sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ist. Wir hatten eine schöne Urlaubswoche und hätten gern verlängert was leider nicht möglich war.

Schnelle und unkomplizierte Buchung. Durch die Gäste-App hat immer alles im Blick. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Sauber, modern und gepflegt. Einmalig und eigentlich unbezahlbar ist der unverbaute Blick vom Balkon auf die Ostsee und auf die Strandpromenade. Gleich zum Frühstück blickt man aufs Meer, traumhaft. Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Mittels Fahrstuhl gelangt man schnell in den fünften Stock, auch mit einem größeren Einkauf also kein Problem. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Wirklich ein gutes Angebot! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Traumhafter Meerblick sogar vom Sofa und Esstisch aus. Windgeschützter Balkon, Sonne bis abends, leider von den kleinen, aber tagsüber sehr frequentierten Sträßchen relativ laut (Tipp: Kopfhörer). Ziemlich neu und stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr neutral, so dass sich recht unterschiedliche Geschmäcker drin wohlfühlen können. Wer einen Farklecks braucht, z.B. Tischtuch mitbringen. Tolles, neues Badezimmer. Sehr zentral, Grömitzer Welle in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wohnung ist sehr schön und hat einen super Ausblick auf die Ostsee Das einzige Negative ist die Hauptstraße an der der Fürstenhof liegt, viel Verkehr deswegen ist es etwas laut. Da wir sehr ruhig Wohnen hat das uns etwas gestört.

In allen Kategorien volle Punktzahl. Buchung und Vertragsabwicklung völlig problemlos. Nach Renovierung des Badezimmers ist die Ferien- wohnung überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet. Die Fewo war - wie immer - sehr gepflegt u. sauber.
