「Hello, I need to report a serious issue with the mattress in the property. We found bedbugs in the bed, and this has caused discomfort and concern for our health and belongings. We would like this issue addressed immediately and would appreciate a solution as soon as possible, including professional cleaning/treatment and compensation or a refund for the inconvenience caused. I also have photos/videos documenting the problem if needed. Please let me know how you plan to resolve this situation...

「Room was great! Staff was friendly, pool area was taken over by loud guests to say the least and due to no other swimming areas available at the property that was a negative for us. Breakfast could use a few more options, but overall a great stay!」
