Modern hotel with auto-check-in machine

We stayed this hotel during the family trip in Switzerland. Using the auto-check-in machine was very easy and I think it is a good way during this Covid-19 situation. The building is very modern. Only one missing point is that there was no refrigerator. However, we are satisfied with this hotel!

不便な立地

土日に滞在される方は要注意です。食事するにも大変困ります。ホテル自体は清潔でよいホテルです。

In general, I really like the property. The room is spatial and tidy. We got a mountain-facing room, and the view was awesome. I would recommend for people. Now my complaints. The hotel does not have staff, which means you have to auto-checkin (which is fine), and solve any issue remotely by phone. We got room 404, and I knew it was a bad sign as soon as I got the room number. Our room keys cannot open the door to the residence area. There is a door between lobby and residence area. The key worked for our room, and cannot let us in from lobby. We tried to make a few more additional keys and called staff for help, neither was helpful. We had to wait in the lobby to follow other residents. It was 1am but luck it was new year eve, a lot of people came late. I cannot imagine if it was a regular night, and how long would us wait. We asked other residents and all of their keys are fine. I don't know what's wrong, so I blame it on the room number, 404. Please check if there is anything wrong with this in the system.

Nice self check- in hotel. Not many choices to eat close by and hotel restaurant dinner menu is very limited. And expensive. Free breakfast was really good. No air conditioning. Nice workout area and sauna.

Sehr sauber. Das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant war sehr gut. Schade, dass das Restaurant am Mittag nicht geöffnet ist.

Leider kein Service bis 16.00 Uhr es wäre schön es würden ein paar Früchte oder so dastehen, die Kaffeemaschine muss man auch suchen aber wäre toll es gäbe auch noch Wasser.

Bon rapport qualité/prix

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hôtel au pieds des Alpes. La vue de la chambre ne peut qu’être magnifique puisque le Liechtenstein est cerné par les montagnes. Tout l’enregistrement se fait en autonomie, via un ordinateur, et est très facile d’utilisation. Le parking sous-terrain propose des places de parkings pour voitures électriques et des bornes de recharges (payantes). Cela dit il y a un grand parking de Supercharger Tesla a moins de 10km de l’hôtel juste avant Vaduz. La chambre était également très confortable, très propre et bien insonorisée (ou alors nous avons eu de la chance avec le voisinage). Le seul bémol de la chambre : il n’y a qu’un coussin rectangulaire très plat. Le matelas a beau être adaptatif, les cervicales de mon mari n’ont pas trop apprécié d’être aussi à plat alors pensez peut être a ramener un oreiller si c’est votre cas aussi. Le petit déjeuner est complet, mais ne soyez pas pressés : il n’y a qu’une seule machine à café pour tous les clients ce qui fait que l’attente peut prendre 10min jusqu’à ce que ce soit votre tour. Cela dit, il y a du chaud avec des œufs et du bacon grillé, différents pains, quelques fruits et légumes et fromage etc. Nous avons connu mieux, mais également bien bien pire ! Globalement donc nous sommes très satisfaits du rapport qualité/prix malgré les quelques défauts.

Sehr schönes, großes Zimmer. Sauber. Großes geräumiges Bad. Trotz Straßenseite war es ruhig am Morgen (Sonntags). Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

Unflexibler Automat beim Checkin, Zimmer gut

Es musste self-checkin verwendet werden (mir wäre die Option lieber), leider kam bei mir eine generische Fehlermeldung, und der Support musste telefonisch das Problem analysieren. Schlussendlich war das Zimmer einfach noch nicht bereit, doch das hätte ich lieber gleich vom Automaten gehört. Auf Spezialwünsche wie Stockwerk etc kann der Automat auch nicht eingehen. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer sehr gut und modern, leider besteht das grosse Bett aus 2 Einzelmatrazen.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Einschecken (ohne Rezeption) war unkompliziert, Zimmer sauber und geräumig, vermisse der Wasserkocher mußte deshalb im Bereich im 3. OG gehen wo auch ein Snack Vendingmachine steht. Gutes Frühstücksangebot.Top, werde es möglich wieder buchen.

Hotel is beautiful and clean, workout room and sauna was amazing. Bar and menu for dinner was very good. Overall great stay and family friendly, staff even took the time to have a conversation in German with my daughter:)
