Short stop
Great welcome and helped with storage of luggage before check in. Room nice all one needs for a good night rest. Breakfast was good - variety of local and international. Although side seating was torn which was a little bad but nothing major.

I like egg tart during the coffee time in the afternoon they provided. It was dilicious. Tge taste of donut was good. Toilet in the room is clean and bath gel and shampoo were well monitored. Easy to find food and do some shopping. Transportation is comvenient. Breakfast is quite ok to me. The taste of foods were good although not much variety. Staffs are friendly.

The hotel is situated within walking distance of Hakata Train station, so convenient for JR lines and shinkansen travel. The hotel is overpriced for what you get, the room is small and they have put a large chair which gets in the way of getting to the end of bed meaning you have to constantly shimmy past it (just gets in the way). The bathroom is OK. There are no smoking rooms or facilities in or near the hotel so a 5-10 min walk to the park designated space is required. No breakfast included as standard which had it been might have made the price a bit more warranted. There was no view, the window looked out over another buildings stairwell where people regularly travelled meaning that we had to constantly remember to close the curtains for privacy which when the room was hot was a bit of a pain. The bed was not very comfy and the pillow was terrible - far too thin.

This hotel was perfect for me. I was on business so the good night’s sleep was imperative. There wasn’t a huge variety of food at the breakfast buffet, but everything I tried was absolutely delicious. All in all an enjoyable stay in a very comfy room.

Fine for a short stay. Efficient check-in and check-out. Good shower pressure, but be mindful of the step up to the bathroom. I didn't like that the bed was hard, but I slept well enough! My room faced another building, which was fine for my needs (sleep).

Location is best !
Location is great ! It is very near hakata station, restaurants and convenience stores. It is also very accessible from the airport, using the airport bus. The bus stop is 5 minutes walk to the hotel. There is free coffee too
