Two full bathrooms and a full kitchen with all appliances including an Air Fryer oven, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker and a Keurig, blender, Crock pot, plus all cookware, and bar ware. Chef-grade cookware!! Steps from the elevator!! And views directly over the beach!

Perfect location overlooking the ocean. We watched dolphins and stingrays from our balcony and enjoyed the changing waves each day. My daughter was recovering from a total hip replacement and we spent a very relaxing month here.

I've stayed in over 50 condos along the Emerald Coast, and this one is the best value I have found! It's an older building, but the condo itself has been totally renovated/updated. The decor is charming, and so is the owner :) We'll be back!!!

This condo was perfect getaway for my two kids, husband, and I. The view was spectacular. The couch was so comfy that one of the four of us fell asleep on it nightly. Everything was provided such as dish liquid, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, all kitchen supplies for cooking, towels, toiletries for bathing, and plenty of pillows and blankets. I will definitely revisit

This was a great space and location. Everything was clean and orderly. Check in process was easy and accommodating for our schedule. It was nice to see this VRBO wasn't "barren". By that I mean, there was some dishwashing detergent and a package of dishwasher pods. Some places we've stayed don't even give you an extra garbage bag and you have to buy soap to wash dishes. Thankfully there was a hair blow dryer as I forgot mine at home. It didn't work quite correctly, but enough to get the job done. We would stay here again!

We had a lovely time at this condo. Lots of kitchen amenities. The mattresses in the second bedroom were on their last leg as you could feel the coils while you’re sleeping, but if you drink enough it doesn’t matter 🙃 The only reason I gave four stars for the accuracy of online listing is because it clearly stated in the pictures that they had boogie boards and two water friendly beach chairs in the closet and it did not. We came with our family of four and decided to leave those two very items at home and my niece was highly disappointed when there was no boogie board to be found. The other two adults had to sit on the sand and when you’re older that’s hard.. I’d recommend removing that photo. Other than that it was absolutely wonderful

We were very disappointed in our stay in this condo ...the tile floors were dirty we had to clean so we could let our 13 month old in the floor to play, the vents in the walls was missing , there was a large opening in the ceiling going into the master bedroom , the sink in the kitchen would not drain we had no dish towels or kitchen clothes to was dishes with . our window in the bedroom was covered with black paper we had no toilet paper in the bathrooms...we have tried to contact the owners email after email for 3 weeks and they have never answered our email....that is very poor business on their part , I believe if I had a condo with this view of the ocean ..that was so beautiful..I would stay in contact with my guest to see that they were satisfied...by answering my email...VERY DISAPPOINTED GUEST....JULY 10 - 15 , 2016
