Svårt att hitta

Svårt att hitta eftersom det ligger i Hilton. Dvs det är privata hotelleum som hyrs ut. Väldigt stökigt till en början

We could not check in until 4pm and I felt this was excessive with no leeway. It was freakishly cold and there was nothing to do. Had to kill time for a long time.

Bed was not queen and neither was pull out couch. Both were more like double beds. Lots of different room options shown in pictures which is misleading because we thought we were getting one type of room but got a room we were not expecting at all. Room cannot sleep four adults. The mattress on the pullout that was meant to be a queen pullout was appalling. No one could comfortably sleep on that bed. Very disappointing.

1- the beds are too uncomfortable. Me and my wife, we both woke up with back pain. There s not enough back support. The manager tells me they will replace it very soon. 2-the room had a weird smell when we got in. We opened the windows to air it out. The smell disappered. Then we noticed, the smell came from air conditioning. When its on the smell came back. It probably needs service and cleaning. The manager told us they will look into it. Free Street parking unavailable. Parking lot half a mile south charges 25 bucks a day.

Bra läge, fint lyxigt hotell

Väldigt fint hotell med bra läge. Nära till hamn och strand. Bokade utan återbetalning vilket visade sig betyda att vi hyrde direkt av lägenhetsägaren så hotellet checkade bara in oss, men ingen städning ingick. Hade det blivit problem kunde inte hotellet hjälpa till. All kommunikation skedde med ägaren men hon va toppen. Stor lägenhet med eget kök. Bubbelbadkar och separat dusch. Påfyllt med handdukar, toapapper mm så det skulle räcka hela vistelsen. Bra och stor pool med många gratis solsängar och badhanddukar. Bra service när man kommer, de hjälper till med bagage och tar hand om bilen. Pris för garage 45$ / natt men då tar de hand om bilen, parkerar den och kör fram den när man vill ha den. Incheckning på Hilton så leta inte efter namnet ocean view. Se till att ha fått lägenhetsnummer av ägaren samt fyllt i blanketten de skickar så blir incheckningen smidigare. Väldigt trevlig personal.

The Host is a top Class Person, she solved whatever small problem we had. This property is privately owned within a Hilton Property. Some of the Hilton facilities are not allowed here. Beautiful view, right in front of the Beach, Main Area . Everything was good . But The crockery was not up to date. The host did change one of the pans, but all these things should be checked before. But overall very good.

This property was amazing and the owner was very accommodating. Her communication from the booking all the way to the day we arrived was top notch! The property was impeccable, the pool was fabulous and they had two chairs and an umbrella that we could use at the beach. We would highly recommend this property and can't wait to go back!

Great location across from beach Although we were just crashing for the night. Valet parking was $48 which is ridiculous especially when we were there for 12 hours total. Beds are really not made for two adults. They are small and squeak with every move and are placed against the wall so not ideal for comfort. Again great location for beach, shops, restaurants. Kitchen is a plus to have.

Huoneisto oli tavanomainen; kapea vuode ja lisävuodemahdollisuus sohvasta, jolloin huoneesta tuli hieman ahdas. Näkymät merelle erinomaiset. Hotellin palvelut olivat käytössä ja ne olivat erinomaiset.

Good alternative to the standard hotel room

The condo was clean and comfortable and the building was great.....directly across from the beach and close to restaurants. The only thing that was not explained is that the hotel bares NO responsibility for the condos whatsoever. Even when we asked for batteries for the remote, we were told that's the homeowner's responsibility. Wi-Fi password? Homeowner's responsibility. I guess just make sure your homeowner is good (our's was great), because there is no calling the front desk at this Hilton!
