What a great place. The flat is a perfect location and is so nice inside perfect for a traveling group. The roof top patio has an amazing view. If we are lucky enough to go back we would for sure stay again!!

Gorgeous Property close to major attractions

Emiliano was an amazing host and this property was very clean and comfortable and has an amazing rooftop terrace. We were able to walk from the train station when we arrived and it was very close to the city center, central market, etc. We had a great time in Florence and loved staying here.

Loved our stay! The apartment was absolutely wonderful and so well located. Emiliano and Yuliia are gracious and welcoming. Highly recommend for a very wonderful time in Florence.

Wonderful Panoramic View

Located less than 1 mile from the Santa Maria Novella train station, this property had everything going for it. Close to delicious coffee and pastry bars as well as delectable trattorias & restaurants. Bonus was the roof top patio with a great panoramic view that we enjoyed both at breakfast and in the evenings with wine and cheese. The hosts are friendly and easy to communicate with and always had the answer to any of our questions. We hope to return to Florence to enjoy this beautiful VRBO and the wonderful local food again!

Perfect! Best place in Florence to Stay.

The owner has created a magnificent apartment that has been updated with the best amenities available including appliances, windows and bathrooms. It is supper clean, has a rooftop terrace and is ideally located in Florence to walk to all the special places this city offers.

Perfect location

The apartment fit my family of four perfectly. The location is central to a number of must see sites, the train station and tour pick up spots. It’s clean with modern appliances and most important it has air conditioning for the hot summer nights.

Perfect stay

Great location. Less than ten minutes walk from the train stop coming from the airport. In 5 minutes you get to the area with all major tourist attractions. There is a convenience store a minute away. Restaurant 13 is a few feet away, make a reservation there. There is a/c in every room, hot water in the showers, and a rooftop patio for relaxing. The host is amazing and great with communication.

Great apartment and location!

The apartment is new, but still the best place we stayed in Italy. There is even a roof top that we enjoyed with a glass of wine when the sunset :). They could use some trash bins in the bathrooms, but it still gets an 11/10! Thank you so much for the hospitality.

Perfect Florence apartment

This was a perfect apartment for me, my husband and 16 year old son. It was very clean, well-equipped, and charming. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Close to restaurants and a ten minute walk from the center. I would definitely stay here again upon a return trip to Florence!

Stunning & Convenient Apartment!

Beautiful modern & clean apartment with beneficial and spacial balcony to enjoy the stunning views and rooftops of Florence. The host was so helpful and welcoming. A great location close to centre and train station. Would highly recommend, we will be back ourselves!

Just book it!

The BEST vrbo we’ve ever stayed in! This beautiful apartment is in a perfect location to enjoy all of Florence’s attractions, and it looks nicer in person than the photos show. Spacious, filled with light, and stocked well with all amenities. Our beds were very comfortable and the terrace was a perfect start and end to our days. Emiliano was so helpful and made sure we knew how to work everything in the apartment. His restaurant and bakery suggestions were spot on! We would love to stay here again in the future!

Perfect rental for multi-day stay in Florence

This apartment was perfect for our family's visit to Florence. It was clean, updated, and had everything we could have asked for to serve as our base for exploring the region. The washer was especially helpful since we were in the middle of a multi-country European trip. The rooftop patio was amazing, and I'm sure is even better in the spring/fall. All the major sights, buses, and trains in Florence were within walking distance, and it was always enjoyable to come back to the apartment for a mid-day rest. Emiliano and his assistant were great communicators, and I would definitely rent again the next time we're in Florence.

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay here in Florence. Emiliano was a wonderful host. This apartment is beautiful, very well appointed, very clean, and perfectly located. Even better than the pictures. Easy walking to all of Florence. Check in was very easy and Emiliano was very responsive to all communication. The rooftop patio was the perfect way to end our day looking at the beautiful Duomo and enjoying wine. We woukd definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!!

Fun in Florence

Perfect location and very nice unit. It could us some extra inventory of blankets, towels, and pillows and also new pillows- all towels, blankets and pillows were very sparse in number and mediocre in quality. Otherwise, the unit is very comfortable and in a great location. The owner was very helpful, communicative, and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Exceptional!!!

This apartment was perfect! We highly recommend this apartment. The location was centrally located (very close to a great wine shop, restaurants and bakery). We were able to walk Florence all day but come back throughout the day if we chose to do so. It was EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN!!! and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Of course, the rooftop terrace with the amazing view of the Duomo put the entire experience over the top! Emiliano was extremely accommodating and checked on us throughout the stay and responded to any questions we had very fast! I would absolutely stay here on my next visit to Florence. Enjoy!

5 star apartment in Florence

Our family stayed in Florence for 5 days in this wonderful apartment. It was clean, modern, comfortable and so convenient to the sites, shopping and restaurants. The patio offered absolutely amazing views, with a few olive trees in terracotta planters, adding another touch of the Italian charm. Enjoyed the view of the Duomo and other bell towers straight from the patio. The host was wonderful and responsive. Thank you for the Italian hospitality and making our trip special. Grazie mille!

Great location clean and bright

Great to be about 10-15 minute walk from both train station and duomo. Great coffee shop, la boite around the corner and the trattoria da Giorgio and trattoria da gobbi were great too. We went for early lunch about 12:30 because of toddler granddaughter and did not need reservation though City not nearly as empty as we expected for Feb. The place could have used a few more coffee cups and would have been an extra perk to have regular coffee instead of host a few sweet coffees. But those are small points. Definitely recommend this place. Very comfortable 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. When warmer the third level terrace would have been great for drinks.

Would recommend!

The apartment and location are exactly what we expected. I would have to look very hard to find anything truly negative. The only minor downside were the narrow concreate stairs leading up to the apartment which is located on the top floor of the building. But Florence is an old city and I cant imagine there are very many elveators in a lot of the apartment buildings. I found it to be more of a benefit being located on the top floor. It is very light and airy with tall ceilings. It is also very clean and modern. We really enjoyed the rooftop and appreciated the air conditioner. The apartment is a very close walk to Avis car rental and the train station, which we used both upon our coming and going. It is also in close proximity to the river and city center. We would recommend this place of stay to anyone.
