「Well situated and quiet, the “Rad Pad” was a nice respite at the end of each day from exploring Asheville. We would certainly come back!」

「How this property ever got numerous 10 stars is beyond my comprehension; very obviously fake reviews. The shower floor was nasty. There was what appeared to be black mold under kitchen sink. Floors were uneven and sinking in spots. Roof covered with tarp. Walls were particle board and mismatched pieces of scrap wood. Overall, we had to question the integrity of the home. Owner did not sent check- in info on day of until we called an hour after check-in time. Left shortly after seeing the place....

「The home was perfect for us. It was well stocked with the little things we needed like salt and pepper. I liked the coffee machine because it had both a single shot or full pot of coffee. We enjoyed meals on the back porch and my son relaxed in the hot tub. The location was excellent too.」

「This was a great stay for us! The hot tub worked and was clean, everything is as described in the listing, and only about 20 mins from downtown Asheville- perfect location to be away but still close enough to do things. We had an awesome weekend.」
