Your holiday in our beautiful 6-person duplex penthouse apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in Finestrat near Benidorm can include golfing, shopping in one of the modern shopping centres, sunbathing at one of the three large swimming pools or good food in one of the charming villages nearby. There is plenty of choice! Besides all the possibilities and the unique location of our holiday apartment between sea and mountains, our apartment offers you all the comfort you need to enjoy a carefree holiday. Our apartment has a cozy living room, 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms including 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and whirlpool bath, several terraces and no less than 3 communal pools!

Our apartment located in Sierra Cortina Finestrat will give you that luxurious feeling you are looking for during your holiday. The terraces offer fantastic views of the sea and Benidorm. The 3 pools are situated in colourful gardens with different kinds of trees and plants. In short: experience your holiday in style.

Our holiday apartment is part of a spacious but small-scale urbanisation in a quiet location with sea and mountain views. There is a lot to do in the area. You can swim, play golf or go karting. There is a go-kart track of no less than 1.260 meters long and 10 meters wide, with sharp curves where you can show your skills and long straights to make speed. There are go-karts for all ages. For the youngest there is a large playground to have fun. An exciting outing for the whole family!

The fun part about renting our fantastic duplex penthouse apartment near Benidorm is the cosiness. Especially the space, tranquillity and the beautiful decoration of the apartment contribute to a wonderful holiday feeling. In addition, it is an excellent base for trips in the area for two or the whole family. For example, you can visit the waterfalls of Algar or a day out to one of the most beautiful amusement parks in Spain, Terra Mitica.

In our holiday apartment you can not only spend your (summer) holiday, because you can also rent our apartment for long(er)time. Would you like to spend the winter in Benidorm / Finestrat? The atmosphere, the beautiful sandy beach, fine promenade, many nice shops and much more, makes Benidorm a true winter paradise. The surrounding mountains provide relatively warm air. As a result, both frost and snow don't get a chance in winter.
