In 2020 completely renovated 60m² apartment, located in the middle of Eindhoven Centre. All the shops, museums, restaurants, bars and famous spots are just within a short walking-distance.

It's designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible, all while being Eco-Friendly; sustainable products are used and for each booking we plant a tree via Trees for All.

The apartment has a spacious bedroom with a private terrace and the living area features a sofa-bed, to accommodate up to 4 people.

Great Location, Nice Apartment, Poor Service

The apartment is in a great location in the center of town. It's a nice size with all the needed amenities. Being in the center of town it is not quiet - the neighbors coming and going are very loud, and the street noise on the weekend is significant, to the point of waking people up (and I am a deep sleeper). Also, parking options are not very good, and is quite expensive. The main issue is the poor communication. This apartment is being run by a property management company, not an owner. Which is fine, but they treat it like a hotel, charging for "early check-in" (really?), and not making any accommodations. I reached out a couple of times in advance of the reservation looking for clarity on a couple of items and did not get a response.
