The staff were great but the rooms were really run down. We booked a non smoking room but the room obviously was at some point a smoking room because it smelled so badly of stale old smoke. For what we paid and how much time in the room we spent since we were attending the draft in Detroit it wasn’t the worst but could very well be updated and more comfortable.

The Kitchen didn't have any utensils. Not even a cup. Checked with the front desk and they told that they ran out of them! Very old property with broken windows and broken heater!

The room was absolutely HORRIBLE!! Not one trash can in the entire room. Not the bathroom or the kitchenette. No utensils, no dishes, holes in the walls, it was the WORST. However, the young lady that checked us in was amazing. She was kind and knowledgeable and was the ONLY positive aspect of our stay!!!

Upon arrival Amanda at the front desk greeted and welcomed me and checked me in speedily. I had trouble opening the door to my room (i was turning the handle the wrong way) and when I informed her she came up immediately and showed me how to turn the handle and she maintained a smile and a friendly demeanor the whole time. Amanda has excellent customer service skills. She is an asset to your business!

Upstairs room all night walking around and sounds loud, we heard sounds from rooms around us and upstairs all night not good installations. Breakfast is terrible outside park lot is very dirty.

Check in was awful. Waited at the front desk for 10 minutes because no staff member was present. Eventually called the hotel from my cell in order to get someone to come to the desk and check me in. Then they sent me to a room that had not yet been prepared for a new guest. So I went back down to the front desk. Again no staff member was present. I had to call them on the phone again in order to get someone to come to the desk and help

There was no room for me. I was given a key to a room which already had an occupant. Police had been called to the parking lot for vandalism to a parked car. A terrible property. I will never stay at an Extended Stay.
