I was placed in a room that was approximately 1 mile to the front desk. I am disabled.
Good, clean property! The staff were all very friendly and helpful... The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom. Hated the sliding door that didn't lock, and while the shower looked new and updated, the glass wasn't long enough on the side (no shower door)... So the floor would get soaking wet every time the shower was used.

I called for the shuttle to pick me up and the woman that answered the phone did not know what I was talking about. Then when I am taking the shuttle back to the airport, the driver did not take me to the correct drop off area! Totally different staff and not very pleasant or helpful! The first time I stayed there, it was magnificent!
Beautiful hotel. Excellent food but nissing a few options that are really nice to have such as make up wipes and decaf coffee. Not a place where you want to fo out and walk the area after dark.

This was a very interesting stay. I had to get my hotel room changed as there was blood stains and coffee stains over the wall. The ceilings are a little bit older. For the price I paid for the cleanliness was awful.
Beautiful hotel, great food
But a few.missing items.
Make up.wipes, decaf coffee in coffee shop.and reataruant. Requested high floor got grouns but they did rectify that. Thin walls
I was informed they would not take a different cc. But while booking with expedia- I was told the card used was to hold the room. The bathroom was dirty and when I called the front desk- I was put on hold for 15min. I hung up. Absolutely horrific experience.
Advertised a pool - it was closed for repair, the room looked well used and could use an update. Very noisy from the heating unit constantly turning off and on to the airplanes taking off over the hotel and the guests next door talking late into the night- difficult to get rest - bring ear plus if you are a light sleeper. Reception was selective of whom she gave complimentary bottled water to. When we asked at check out for a bottle of water for our 6 year old she did not supply, however we watched her hand out waters the evening before to guests checking in. Did not leave feeling good about the whole experience.
The room & restaurant were lovely. I was surprised to learn upon check-in that there is no long-term parking. I booked this room on April 5/2023. I called the hotel on/around April 18 & received verbal confirm on the phone that I was able to park at Delta Marriott for a week while I travelled. If Delta changed their policy on allowing long-term parking between April 5 and my stay on Nov 22, how was I to know? I am now out the cost of the room additional cost of long-term parking elsewhere. (Another $130 USD). Can Expedia or Delta rebate me the extra parking costs?
