"The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

"The Hotel is wonderful. The room was modern and yet quaint overlooking the city. The trip from the parking outside the wall was unexpectedly cool. The porter/driver, Jerome, was amazing. He was friendly, a veritable tour guide for both the city and France in general. His driving in the tight quarters of the gates and the narrow street of this medieval city was a marvel to experience.
