We had to replace our room key 3 or 4 times as it was finicky lock. Breakfast was ok, shuttle service was fine, directions and hours were not clearly communicated for guests but I called the desk and they let me know where to go. Good enough for one night.

The desk clerk was alone. The phone was constantly ringing, there was a guest trying to buy candy, several people trying to check in, check in process was slow.

We stayed here for the free shuttle service, how ever the shuttle service ended up not running during the hours of our departure OR arrival. Ended up having to pay to be picked up and dropped off anyways.
