Checked into our room the first day and we noticed the floors around the beds were not vacuumed. There were bits of toilet paper? around the ground. We found hair on the bathroom floors and the towels provided. The bedsheets provided were stained already and had holes in them. This has been the most unclean booking I’ve had in the Dallas area.

My family and I stayed here recently and it was the best extended stay hotel we have stayed at. We stayed in the two bedroom and there was plenty of space for me, my husband and children. I was pleasantly surprised by the fully stocked kitchen.

I always love booking at a place where we have the extra space so suites are my thing and I loved that about this place. Only things are having to have our toilet serviced (bulb replacement) in the middle of getting ready for my daughter’s cheer competition. Nothing was offered for this inconvenience and no apology given. Also, coffee only being offered during breakfast hours which is a little late on the weekends had us driving to a gas station seeing as how we get up to get ready way before 7. Typically I do my research but maybe I dropped the ball on this one.

Home away from home
This has truly been a home away from home, my kids and I have had to be here almost a month now. The 2 bedroom suite is like an apartment and it doesn’t even feel like a hotel. The staff was very kind but the property had a bunch of cigarettes outside the door. We did not receive any blankets for the pullout bed and the hall was very loud with barking dogs all hours of the night. The maid service knocked on our door at 8:45 and when we answered the door there was noone there and the maid walked down the halI. Very weird. It was okay for the cost just a little disappointing

Front desk staff provided excellent customer service. Breakfast rules are uncomplimentary. YOU MUST SIT AND EAT IN THE KITCHEN. NOT ALLOWED TO EAT IN YOUR ROOM WITH KIDS AND SPOUSE. VERY UNACCOMDATING. NOT ALLOWED TO WALK AWAY WITH NOTHING TO YOUR ROOM. This is my first experience with any hotel. We checked out early and went to another hotel.

Relaxation in Dallas
The hotel was in a really great area and super close to a venue we were going to see an artist. It was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. The complementary breakfast was pretty good. I would definitely recommend if visiting Dallas. I will come back!
