Not enough hot water for those that like hot shower regardless of the weather outside. Room light is horrible, not enough brightness to put in your make up. Food is okay. Staff service is great.

As a family of five (including two adults and three children), we enjoyed a delightful nine-night stay in the spacious and comfortable two-bedroom city view suite with a charming balcony. The suite's modern design added to our overall experience. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Each morning, we savored a great breakfast, and the amazing view from the rooftop swimming pool left us in awe. The hotel's proximity to the stunning beach was an added bonus. Our time in Da Nang was truly memorable, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit. I look forward to returning one day for another wonderful stay.

Rooftop pool is good. The staff are nice and helpful. The room is spacious. But the fit balls in the gym are not in good condition. During the rainy day, the guest will spend more time in the gym. Hope they can improve the facilities in the gym soon.

Hotel and service are good value for money. Breakfast was good, decent choice. View from our room facing the ocen was very good. Nice little balcony to sit on. Room was a decent size. Really good selectiion of tv channels. Service from all staff was good. Nice little rooftop pool. One problem if your room faces the oceam. From 7pm to 11pm the bar directly opposite the hotel, Ocean Lounge Bar pumps out really loud techno rap music which makes yoour room vibrate.Not the hotels fault but spoils your stay.

The staff was very accommodating. Some spoke English pretty well. The property was always being cleaned and maintained. The lobby staff was always there to help. The room was quiet and clean. We had a balcony with an ocean view which was amazing. Downside: lots of traffic below, horns honking. And every morning at 5 am there was a loudspeaker announcement on the beach that sometimes went on for 1.5 hours. Not sure what they were saying...

I really didnt take the masks, and i had to explain time and time again to dispel the situation. I suggest the hotel review how they manage this situation, and for people booking the hotel, please be careful as it may be some tourist trap to make you pay Nevertheless, this incident aside, the room, location, staff are great

It's the 3rd time I've stayed at this property. Good points: Friendly staff at reception and Guest Services. Very close to the beach and seafood restaurants if that's what you like. Bad points: Noisy surroundings with lots of traffic sounds and loud music from the stage on the beach. (I was staying in a room facing the beach.) Furniture in the common areas show some 'aging'. Staff at the breakfast buffet (eye counter) was nonchalant and seemed uninterested.

The pool was nice. It wasn’t an infinity pool but the view from the pool was incredible. Location was great. Near crosswalk so it was easy to cross the street to get to the beach. Lots of activities and restaurants on the beach too.

15min ride from airport, nice view, friendly staff
This is my first time to Vietnam and staying with A La Carte Danang beach hotel was wonderful. The hotel is just opposite to the beach and the view is amazing especially from the roof top pool. Location is great as it is only around 15 min from Danang airport. The hotel offers shuttle bus services to Hoi An and Ba Na Hills (very popular locations when you visit Danang) at a price cheaper than that offered by a cab/ car from GRAB app. Staff are very friendly and always ready to help out. Only problem was the noise from people singing karaoke from a stage near the beach as my room was on 5/F. However, this is a minor problem and the stay has been wonderful overall.

Generally this is a very good hotel in a good location on the main beach in Da Nang. It is popular and busy. I only have three negative comments (2 minor and 1 major): Minor: the internet is slow and spotty. The breakfast is mostly ok with a mix of western and vietnamese but it isn't great. Better selection or daily changes would be nice. Major: The is some crazy karaoke either in the hotel or outside hear the hotel that makes going to sleep at a reasonable hour difficult. If I was here with a small child it would be terrible. Otherwise the beds are good, the room is nice, and the staff are great. The roof top pool is interesting if a bit on the small side.
