We have stayed at this property many times and love the staff, service and location. Breakfast is great and the toiletries and products are Elemis which are a top of the range brand. We will be back again. This is the third time this year we have stayed at this hotel.

Vega hotel is on the beach. We came in September out of season and was very quiet with very few people. We enjoyed very much the food at the restaurant.

It is an incredibly peaceful getaway at the Black Sea. The staff are dotting over you, the pool is spectacular, and the breakfast and lunch buffets are top notch quality. You feel very welcome on the property and have no need to leave it - with a private beach and a top restaurant for dinner. It is also a famous property featured in the most watched Romanian movie of all time, Nea Marin Billionaire :)

Wi-Fi service was poor. It would connect but signal was weak I couldn’t use it to make calls or stream. No usb connections in room so unable to charge phone. TV was small, lamp was held together by zip ties. Very disappointed

Habe mich von guten Fotos und den 5* blenden lassen! Keine Ahnung warum dieses Haus 5 Sterne hat. Das hatte wohl seine Gültigkeit bei der Eröffnung vor gefühlten 100 Jahren. Aber heute ? Zimmer und Infrastruktur uralt. Sicht aus der Suite auf die Kühlanlagen und Lüfter auf dem Dach. Bei 500 CHF pro Nacht ??!! Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Management war sehr bemüht für Fehler sich Kulant zu zeigen. Aber trotzdem einmal und nie wieder.

Good enough
Generally the hotel maintains good condition. Pros: all necessary facilities which you can expect from a 4 or 5 star hotels, cleanness, helpful staff. Most room has side sea view, enough parking lots.. etc. Cons: A bit small standard room, relatively modest breakfast for 5 star hotel. Very expensive minibar and restaurant price.

Ok first let me say this, the Vega Hotel is a great place to stay with a very friendly and helpful staff and I mean all staff. I love the guard at the gate to hotel parking and the beach location. I also understand it is low season so the area around the hotel grounds will look a lot better during high season. Only issue I had was the room I stayed in at that time was small, but balcony was great. I am returning to this hotel in Jan and going to stay in a Sr suite. I really like the staff.............

Decent stay, amazing restaurant
The room was small but sufficient. We came in low season so everything was very quiet. The check in felt very cold. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed the restaurant with very attentive staff and delicious food. Outstanding breakfast with extraordinary service

The hotel staff is incredibly helpful and courteous. Everything revolves around making the guests comfortable and having them a relaxing stay. A remarkably pleasant experience, truly 5 stars.

Excellent stay!
The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is excellent! So many choices, everything delicious. The staff is very friendly. The beach is amazing! Clean, with low jazz music in the background, many activities available.

Buena playa, de resto nada especial. La decoración no es de mi gusto. La atención muy mala, parece que a los rumanos les molesta que los turistas vayan a Rumania. No entienden ni inglés ni español. No dan recomendaciones...en general muy malo el servicio.
