Great service. Guy at front desk was extremely friendly and got us checked in three hours early and gave us a complimentary room upgrade. The room was amazing. It was a corner room with floor to ceiling windows. Great view. The bed was comfortable and the shower is huge with great water pressure. The bathroom is small but fine for our needs. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to most of the places we wanted to visit. And the area seemed safe and clean. We will definitely book again on our next trip to Chicago.

Lovely room not so much of a view besides the bathroom lol which is amazing! The stay overall I’ll give it 8.5/10 just which I could have went out on the balcony. ( Which was closed for safety reasons)

Excellent hotel in great location. Friendly, professional staff always ready to help. A few minutes walk to Michigan Ave and great dining options. Great value for money given the central location. Would highly recommend and would stay there again without hesitation.

The hotel was so clean and smelled so good!!! Great service the entire time! Usually it's like pulling teeth to get the cleaners to come in and clean but they were on top of it the entire stay! Definitely recommend this hotel!!

We only used the restaurant once, the morning before leaving (breakfast) and they had great options. They were out of beef as they had just had a weekend with lots of visitors :-( The rooms were nice, big and clean. The only thing that bothered is that although we were on the 12th floor, you could still hear the loud traffic as if the windows were open.

Room was over priced. The front desk ladies were both disrespectful. The hotel restaurant had a small menu and highly priced. The only thing that was nice about the hotel was the shower. It was over sized. Security was courteous. I’d say look and read about other options.

I came to Eurostars for my birthday weekend, they gave me an upgrade to the 16th floor and man what a view!! Cleaning staff was on point. Desk crew was so friendly gave me places to visit/eat. Cannot wait to come to back to Chicago will be staying here every single time. Thank you guys 🙏

The desk attendant Joe was amazing and super helpful during my stay. Other than the balcony in the room not being accessible my stay was amazing and will be staying here again.

Should definitely invest in automatic doors at the front! Also did not get any help with carrying our bags. The valet kind of helped but it was awkward with the front heavy doors. The staff overall were really nice and welcoming.

Loved the hotel and staff. Super nice and professional. Room service was delivered in to go boxes. $60 for a single breakfast would have been fine if I could have at least had it on a real dish with silverware.
