Pros - great location. EXCELLENT staff Cons - Lobby is uninspired & looks like a bank counter. Check in is basically a self serve situation. Room was very basic. Overall, the entire place needs a major facelift,

I expected a bit more from this chain of hotels. The hotel is located in a good section and walking distance to everything. The 2 bedroom suites are the way to go. Wished they had a restaurant. No real complaints except no place on site for food.

The staff was amazing ! And it dog friendly for no extra charge. Small room but very convenient for the one night stay we had. Only down side would be the elevator, really only one to use for the side of the hotel we stayed and took a very long time and was always full so had to wait for another one that was available. I eventually took the stairs down and was on the 24th floor. Also no refrigerator available or microwave. But they do have free water and coffee, the second floor was the highlight of it all. Great stay !

Fantastic location. It was great to be able to walk to most places. We liked the printout of suggestions for places to eat. Coffee available in Club Lounge was good, but it would have been nice to have tea and coffee in rooms. Staff were great. Good value for money in a big city. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was amazing, the only issue was the rudeness off the valet manager. The valet team was all polite, and a pleasures to see every morning and evening.

The bed was concave and very uncomfortable. The room was smaller than expected. Maid service only if requested. So if you have a coffee pot in your room don't expect refills unless you specifically call and ask.

The staff is amazing and made our trip enjoyable. The rooms have issues. We were in 3 rooms. First room was 77degrees with the heat off. 2nd room had the worlds hardest bed. 3rd room had a tv that shut off every 20 minutes. Make sure you call ahead if you can’t have feather pillows. Again the staff was great Leo and the other gentleman (didn’t get his name, sorry) really helped us as much as they could.

This hotel was nice and clean. Tony was amazing I was so happy with the service they have. Definitely recommend this hotel who is new to Chicago downtown riverside.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at Club Quarters, this was my second time staying here and the staff has been consistently helpful and friendly! The rooms could use an update but they get the job done, you can’t beat the awesome location, views, and price!!

Rooms very small. No regulation on room temp. No bathroom fan! No small refrigerator. Wait staff was nice but the valet guy who came with our car said this wasn’t a loading zone when in fact, that’s all people were doing there!!

There was a big problem with getting the tv going. Not only did it take about an hour for someone to come fix the tv, but I had to call twice! Then, it took the guy a good while to get it going. THEN, just to change channels was a time consuming and irritating task!! It's as if you don't want people to really watch the tv! Plus, I was confirmed with having a bathtub/shower combo, but no bathtub. So, they had to change my room, which I did appreciate. Needed that bath BAD!! I did love the 2nd room, though, and I do hope to stay there again soon.
