However, we do apologize for your inconvenience in the bed type of the room as your original reservation is a Deluxe King bed and we could not respond to your twin bed, which is the higher room category, request as we were fully booked at that time. Our staff did clarify it to you upon check-in and we provided you complimentary extra bed stuff for your convenience instead of sofa bed set up because it basically fit for the children only.
