Can Serol Apartaments is located in the centre of Capdepera, 50 m. from the Church and the Town Hall with easy parking, and in the surrounding area, less than 100 m. away, there are 3 free public car parks and close to the medieval Castle of Capdepera. At 2 Km. from the tourist centre and fishing port of Cala Ratjada; a few Km. from beaches such as Cala Agulla, Cala Mesquida, Canyamel, Son Moll and Cala Torta, at 7 Km. from the village of Artà. 60 Km from Palma de Mallorca Airport. 31 Km from Alcudia.

The 16m2 terrace has splendid views of the Capdepera Castle, the church bell tower and the mountain. It has outdoor furniture consisting of a table with 4 chairs and two sun loungers. It also has a manual awning to cover the terrace.

Flat for 2 persons, of 70 m2 has been completely renovated and ready as a holiday home in June 2019, with new furniture, has 2 bedrooms, dining room and living room, bathroom with shower and equipped kitchen, has a sunny patio/terrace of 25 m2 covered with awning, plus laundry. Air conditioning in both bedrooms, dining room, kitchen and living room. Free Wi-fi throughout the flat. The main bedroom has a double bed of 180x200cm, with a large wardrobe, plus reading lights. It includes sheets, pillows, duvet cover and bedspread. The second bedroom has a cot, wardrobe, reading light and full length mirror. Includes sheets, pillows, duvet cover and bedspread. Dining room with seating for four people. The living room has satellite TV and DTT and ceiling fan. The bathroom has WC, washbasin, shower and electric radiator/towel warmer, as well as towel service. The fully fitted kitchen has a ceramic hob, electric oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, capsule coffee machine, kettle, juice squeezer, blender; and in the laundry room: washing machine, ironing board, iron, hoover and clothes horse. It has a balcony/terrace of about 6 m2 with views of the bell tower of the church and the mountain, it has outdoor furniture consisting of a table with 2 chairs. It also has an electric awning to cover the balcony/terrace.

The flat is located in the centre of Capdepera, 50 metres from the Church and the Town Hall, with very easy parking, as there are 3 public car parks less than 100 metres from the flat, close to the medieval Castle of Capdepera; within a radius of 200 metres there are restaurants and bars, 24 hour health services, post office, chemist, supermarkets and tourist information office. The flat is 2 km from the tourist centre and fishing port of Cala Ratjada; a few km from beaches such as Cala Agulla, Cala Mesquida, Canyamel, Son Moll, Font de Sa Cala, etc., 7 km from the town of Artà.
