It consists of a spacious living room with a single bed and a double sofa-bed, a bathroom and an open kitchen. It can accommodate up to 3 guests. It is equipped with a lift, a washing machine, a microwave, an uncovered parking space and a terrace.

-Check-in: 16:00-18:00 (until 19:00 in the high season).

-Bed linen and towels on request (subject to availability): 15eur per set/person.
-A/C (if available): 40eur per week
-Pets allowed on request: no cats allowed, only dogs. From 50eur to 80eur per pet per week, depending on the size of the dog:
°small: up to 6 kg > 50eur per pet, per week
°medium: up to 14 Kg > 70eur per pet, per week
°large: above 14 Kg > 80eur per pet, per week
