Close to everything, really nice pool, friendly and helpful staff. Overall better than you’d expect for the money.

Poor but doable
Towels and toilet paper were missing from the room, but we got them after asking. Furniture was worn out, sheets were clean but broken, wifi worked only on balcony, bathroom was gross, lizards were running in the room, walls were poorly isolated. The owner of the hotel was constantly trying to sell us stuff. Brekkie was ok and the location good close to the dolphin statue. Pool was ok. In conclusion, We got better hotel than this for less money in Bali.

I thank you very much for your comments against my property. Over past 4 years, it is the first time in which the occupancy is 100% or even fully booked condition. I have re-located some clients to other hotel. That is the maximum performance of my property, I know that is not perfect , another hotels in Lovina have also same condition and I hope your good understanding.
