The 3 of us stayed here for a quick weekend trip. It was just big enough for what we needed. We didn’t do any cooking and that was our plan but if we had planned on cooking the kitchen was very small.

This is a small, older, cute, rustic cabin. Nice large lot with plenty of parking, great porch area with lots of seating. The cabin itself is very small. Just husband and I and two larger dogs stayed there and it was a little cramped for us. However, it was clean and had great internet service. The location was great - close to Hochatown and Beavers Bend. We didn't have a need to communicate with our host during our stay but we were contacted prior to our arrival and could have checked in a bit early if we were in the area.

The cabin was a little smaller than we anticipated but the host was an excellent communicator and made the stay excellent! I wish it would have been a little more secluded but it was quite and allowed us to relax and enjoy our time.

We really enjoyed the cabin and the location. Outdoor amenities were solid, enjoyed sitting on the porch, around the fire pit and spa. Would’ve preferred a propane grill. Cabin was small and quaint and great for a small family or couple. Needed more pots, pans and larger skillet as well as serving dishes. Could use light source and electrical outlets in the loft but otherwise great place. Temperature was good and cabin was very comfortable. Will probably look at staying again in the future. Thank you for the place to stay.

Place was good, outdoor place was definitely the best part of the place. Only bad was a/c was not cold or cool; the one in the bedroom was good but the one for main room and loft was horrible. Luckily we had inflatable mattresses, which we used instead of anyone sleeping in the loft; it never got cold enough, it would barely get cool. I would suggest a second unit for the main room and loft to get cool on the hot hot days.

This small cabin was perfect for my boyfriend and I. We went down to Broken Bow for a fishing trip and had a wonderful time. Very clean and very well taken care of. It was in the woods, off the main road. It was right next to a big rental house but nobody was there so it was a very private area. The covered porch was great for the day that it rained. The AC worked really well and made the cabin super cold for sleeping. I was really excited the coffee pot worked. The bed was super comfy as well. It was well furnished, with cooking utensils, bathrooms amenities, and WiFi that hooked up to the TV for Netflix. The property manager even informed us that there was an extra night available if we wanted it. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back!

The cabin is about what you would expect, but the roaches were just too much. Messaged the manager about it - hopefully it is dealt with quickly.

Overall, we were disappointed with the property. The a/c units were difficult to control, we had a small ant problem in the kitchen, and the appliances were very old. I don't like to be negative on the internet, but I also don't want someone else to have the same experience.
