到着が22時頃で子供と一緒だったので空港直結のホテルにしました。少し歩きますが空港内なので安全です。 子供用に塗り絵をくれたり、道も丁寧に教えてくれてとても親切でした。お部屋もとても綺麗です。 電子レンジを電話で聞いたらないと言われてしまいそれだけが残念でした。

最寄駅からホテルまでの道が非常に分かりにくい。何度も引き返し駅員に聞いたり、Mapでも正確な案内は出ず。もっと駅を降りた所から案内板等を出すべき。

Room not clean & too expensive
The original room we checked in was not clean and we felt some discomfort. The staff was kind enough to let us have another room, which was cleaner. However, I think that for this class of hotel, which charges $250/night such incidents should not happen from the beginning.

ジャケットを部屋に忘れてしまい、翌日メールで問い合わせをしたところ、「確認しましたがありませんでした」と回答がありました。そんなはずはないのに、と残念がっていたところ、数日経って「いつ取りに来ますか。」とメールが来ました。差出人は別人でした。帰国一日前でギリギリでした。結果ジャケットは取り戻せて良かったのですが、対応に不信感がわきました。 それ以外は良かったです。

国際線で到着した時間が遅くて翌日の行動を朝からにと思い宿泊しました。 残念ながら国際線ターミナルからは遠いので、国内線ターミナルまでの無料シャトルで移動して、そこからは徒歩5分ほどです。ゴルフバッグを持っていたので移動が大変でしたが、スーツケース程度であれば問題無いかと思います。お部屋は綺麗です。

空港から徒歩で便利　快適
国内線ターミナルからゆっくり目に歩いて徒歩10分位。 空港から徒歩で行けるので、乗り換えに便利。 空港内なのに静かで快適。 バスタブが無いのが少し残念。 レストランも良心的な価格なので、出かける必要もなし。 オススメです。、

Only stayed for 5 hours as a layover but quick and easy check in and nice modern hotel other than a very noisy shower. Friendly ataff. Didn't avail of any meals or services ao not much to say.

We were able to take a shuttle from the international to the domestic airport and then walk to the hotel. If you have difficulty handling your luggage you would probably need to secure transportation to the hotel. We are two seniors who were hauling two suitcases and we had no issues walking to the hotel. It is nothing special, but is handy when you need a nights rest between flights. We caught a train at the airport that took us right into Brisbane’s downtown and back.

We stayed one night waiting for an early flight the next morning. Check in was easy and professional. The room was quiet and comfortable. I was able to get ice and wine glasses from the downstairs bar area with a smile. After checking in I had to return my rental car. It was only a few minutes away and I only had to walk about 6 minutes to get back to the hotel. The only negative was the airport shuttle which costs $8. I don’t believe it said that prior to booking. Excellent location and staff.

Nice place to stay near the airport, I was only a little disappointed that upon arrival and checkin, we went to the bar to relax to find it was closing at 10:00pm, but the staff were helpful.

The hotel was a quick walk <10 minutes from the domestic terminal at the Brisbane Airport. I appreciated the video the hotel posted on how to walk from the terminal to the hotel, and the way was clearly marked with signs. The restaurant located in the hotel had a nice menu and the breakfast buffet offered was top notch.

I already suggested that it would be safer if the shower-room had a rail to hold on. It would be nicer that the hotel has shuttle bus service from the airports to the hotel as well as from the hotel to both airports.

Pro’s - Conveniently located for the overnight stays. Service is quick and easy when I arrive for my stay each month at midnight. Con’s - Very overpriced for such a basic room with no breakfast included…because they can’ I guess.

This was unexpectedly a great stay. We weren't there long. It was simply a pit stop till the morning when we could get a hire car. We arrived at close to midnight, and the person who checked us in couldn't have been happier (for that time of night) or more thoughtful. It was one of the best check-in experiences I've had in a long time. It was nice that even though it was raining, most of the walk there was undercover. So we only got a little wet. The beds were very comfortable, and the block out blind was excellent. The room is well laid out, too. We didn't stay for breakfast, so I can't comment on the dining options or room service, but overall, I'd be happy to stay again if we needed somewhere close to the airport.
