"Owner didn’t communicate to the housekeeper that a guest was coming so I had to wait for the housekeeper to come back from her house with the keys the room wasn’t clean so while I’m there the housekeeper was cleaning mopping I had leave so she could clean properly it’s like the owner controls the Ac I wake up in the night sweating and I can’t take the ac off auto for some reason if I take it off auto it still turns off "

"The place was clean, the guy on site made aure.to clean up daily, wish the mention a cat on site. I am not allergic jist very afraid. The room was good. I spent most time out. So didn't use.it.much. but I the tub did not flow. The drain was not working. There was ants everywhere, the place needs to be fumigated. But the overall was decent... water worked, ac work, light worked .except for the night Jps took away light... Jamaica heat with no fan or ac is no joke...."

The view of the ocean, the comfortable mattress, the lovely fruit trees and the spacious living room and verandah helped to make our stay a very pleasant one. "I found the property was in a prime location along the beach, and had many activities to do on the property. Most of the restaurants were clean and the food was good. The rooms themselvesI believe need to be updated, and so do the beds. Other than that, it’s like most all inclusive resorts, it’s like a cruise ship on land. Overall I give it four stars!"

"The property was beautiful and everyone was very nice and accommodating. Savaugn was very helpful and always offering the card ride up and down since my sister had an ankle injury. Front desk was great. Restaurants were good. The bartenders at the pool bar were very slow and don't acknowledge the guests at the bar tomatoes say, be right with you. we actually ended going to a different bar for our cocktails."
