Everything was excellent and the staff were incredible , it’s nice small hotel which I liked , not overly big and on the sea front with private beach and jetty , ultra all inclusive cocktails were amazing

Very small resort and Not Ultra
This is a very small resort and was super crowded in the beginning of July. It was impossible to get a place under the umbrella on the beach unless you go there at 7am. What was ULTRA about it? Nothing!!! It was significantly lower level than other Hilton resorts in other coastal Turkey location. Will never go there again.

Awesome stay in a fantastic hotel
Super friendly, polite, and helpful employees. Awesome amenities and the best view ever by the sea. The food was delicious and had lots of variety. The hotel itself was very close to downtown and located on one of the beautiful beaches in Bodrum. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a combination of food and activities

Total value for Money. Everything is was perfect. The staff in reception desk was very kind and helpful. Rooms size for standard room was quite big and all facilities were perfect. The staff at the hotel are really friendly and helpful. The menu at the restaurant was diverse. The facilities were excellent. The only issue is the size of the room, it is so small and not really comfortable.

Pleasant stay . Service could be improved english level is not good enough at the restaurant. All the sunchairs on the beach already reserved at 8.30am it is really annoying !

After switching and looking through two rooms, the rooms seem very dark, small and depressing. Cleaning Personnel went into room even with privacy sign, which happened two times. The air conditioner does not work properly in the rooms. There are no controls in place for people without a mask and in addition the sanitary conditions in the hotel cups/ plates seemed to be lacking. The quality of the crowd seem to have significantly decreased and after this stay, I highly recommend you go elsewhere and do not spend you money here in this resort.

Just one point
Overall was nice good service, friendly staff but you cant feel comfortable because you cant use the facilities in the hotel at night, i was playing billiard with my girlfriend at night and put some music because there is nothing to do during lockdown. They came to us and there is some people are complaining because of the sound we put the sound down then they turn off the lights to not let us play anymore. But from the service was good and its much better for old people.
