Stayed for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. Place was well furnished and location idyllic. Swimming pool was a good size. Coast and nice towns all in easy reach.
Had 5 kids who all had an amazing time just strolling around and playing in the fields, parks and play areas

Beatrice House
We had a lovely week with the children and grandchildren, big enough and comfortable enough for the ten of us. A little bit isolated, couldn’t just pop out for a drink or essentials. Everything at least half an hour away but lots of good places to visit in the area. Would definitely recommend to families with small children maybe too quiet for over 10 year olds. Swimming pool and hot tub well used.

Family Weekend
The property was large and easily accommodated the 9 people in our group, although the headroom in some of the bedrooms was very low. The property was not as luxurious as depicted on the web site and could do with modernisation. The facilities were good particularly the swimming pool and games room. However, in view of the cost of the weekend it is a bit much to have to pay to use the pool table.
Very clean property
Pleasant and helpful staff.
Bedding lovely and crispy clean with a comfy bed.
Good size swimming pool ideal for lengths or playing around in.
We didn’t use the games room but noticed a Pool table subuteo and lots of jigsaws
Well kept gardens and lovely land for walks around the owners farm in the middle of nowhere. So peaceful.
Couple of good local pubs
Well equipped kitchen
Very pleased with our stay. Thank you penny and Claire
Lovely location in middle of green area.Hot tub good and clean ,our barn was large but sure was used for function room at times ,not much character and big wooden doors into another room which made it dark.peaceful place gardens are not fenced off so not very private .Limited time in pool and all put down to covid which i understood but sometimes late gor lids although lady tryed to change some for us.No washing machine in property ,not had this before on hiring.Beds very good and showets good.

Lovely spacious property and facilities, great for families!
The photos don't really show the spacious nature of the property and grounds. We were two families staying together in the Beatrice House property, including 3 boys and a baby and there was plenty of space in the open plan downstairs for them to run around and not feel like we were on top of each other. All the bedrooms are a really good size and we loved that they all had their own bathrooms. Loved having a pool and gym on site and the kids loved the play area. Well kept property and well stocked kitchen. Lovely, spacious grounds and you really felt you were in the country and away for it all. We will definitely be back!
