After the day's adventures, unwind with shows and movies on the living area TV. You'll find the kitchen well-appointed for home cooking, and there's seating for all at the dining table set for eight. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Spring break
House had everything we needed. Towels, linens, and shower curtain were fresh. Britta pitcher was a plus. Coffee maker had an odd shape that didn't match the standard filter size so that's was a little tricky. The paper towels and toilet paper were the magical scratchy dissolving kind but not a deal breaker 😂 The rug in the master and the couch were a little dingier than I'd prefer but everything else felt clean. Great value, cute, would stay again!

Nice layout, comfortable beds and a well appointed kitchen. There was coffee, salt and pepper left for us, which we appreciated but it would have been a nice touch to have a small creamer, cone filters to fit the coffee machine, and a welcome binder to explain how to use the 4 TV clickers, and where to find the pool fob. Overall, we had a wonderful stay

Beautiful Beachside Stay
Immediately upon checking in, the views were amazing. The beach is just across the street, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the place is great. Our only gripe is that not all of the dishes were clean and the ceiling fans are very dusty. Other than that, it was perfect! I would definitely book this place again and visit Birch Bay in the future.

We liked the booking process, email communication, keyless entry, grilling area, overall the space is very comfortable and the layout is great. The sofa could use a wipe down, headboard needs to be dusted and unfortunately the hot tub was not available. Overall we loved this location and look forward to returning in the near future.

Really nice property. Has loads of games and stuff for kids / infants. Wish it would have had some spices and other kitchen items. Also, absolutely no storage/drawers for your clothes. But would stay again.

Fit our needs perfectly- just communication was difficult.
We loved the layout and especially the nice little extras we found in this unit. The only negative I have is there was no instructions in the unit. If I didn’t know what the pool fob was already ( as we have stayed here before) I would have not been able to use the pool. Also, no car pass was in the unit and I was a bit nervous we would be towed. I text several times during our 4 day stay about this, but never a resolution. They did get back to me about the internet not working and that was resolved. So overall, I would stay here again because we loved the unit, but communication could be improved.
